Can these wraps be used to cover food in a microwave?

No they cannot. They are made out of beeswax and will melt if microwaved. Once the food is cooled you can use the wrap to cover the food and store in the fridge.

I want to order but many reviews show that you didnt included the beeswax bars. How can I assure that you will included mine?

There was a beeswax bar in mine. However, these are completely useless. They don't stick to glass or metal. And just by trying to get it to stay on, your hands get covered with this sticky substance.. wax and oil?? Anyway, very pretty, great idea, just doesn't work.
