Wonderful Mid-Range Highchair
I received this highchair, infant insert, and tray last week. My husband set it up in about 30 minutes, and it was immediately put to use. We love it! I had several concerns after reading the other reviews, namely that I wouldn't be able to take the tray off easily. It does require the use of both hands, but it's very easy to adjust. It does only have two settings, but they work fine for my 7 month old. I can slide him into and out of the seat with the tray in it's widest open setting, and then click it into the smaller setting once he's in the chair.I didn't feel comfortable with the way the waist strap was set up (running from the bottom of seat, through infant insert, and around baby) because it hit baby more on his legs and hips instead of around his waist. It was an easy fix though; I took the plastic pieces off and ran the webbing through the holes in the back of the chair. It took about 5 minutes for this modification, and now it is securely around baby's waist.I have been a bit nervous about leaving any standing water on the chair, as I have read about the wood warping, but so far I haven't had any problems. One frustrating design flaw is that it's tough to get any water out from under the infant insert. (There are holes in the insert that crumbs and water can fall through, onto the wood below.) But it hasn't been a big problem, as I am still able to get a cloth in under the seat to wipe away crumbs/water. We did use the provided velcro to help keep the infant insert in place, but I don't think it's necessary since the insert "latches" onto the front and back of the chair anyway. Without the velcro, I think it would be easier to nudge the seat up and clean underneath. So far, we love it! It matches my table and furniture nicely, and it seems very comfortable for baby to sit in. I didn't want to spend the big bucks for a high end high chair like the Svan or Stokke, and this is a very good mid-range chair. It has nice lines, is sturdy and well-constructed, and I think it will easily last through a couple of kids.

Great quality, and easy to use!
When we decided to look for a highchair, I was dissapointed in what we could find. Everything was either plastic with too many parts to keep clean, or way too expensive to consider. Then my husband found the Keekaroo brand, and we fell in love. We ordered it the next day and couldn't be happier with it.The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and in no time at all the high chair is put together. It looks great in our kitchen and is very sturdy. It seems very comfortable for our 6 month old daughter. Her legs aren't long enough to reach the foot rest, but that doesn't bother her at all. She makes huge messes in it, and it only takes me a minute to wash the plastic tray cover and to wipe off the seat and chair. Like another reviewer suggested, I leave the tray upside down when not in use so that I can settle her in one-handedly.The infant insert is one of the best parts of this chair. It helps our daughter sit comfortable so she doesn't tip over to the side. And unlike other high chairs this insert is easy to just wipe off when dirty, instead of having to unsnap, uncover, wash in a washing machine. The green is slightly darker than the picture here, but still a great color. The only con I can think of is that this chair doesn't fold, so we can't really take it with us on trips. But that doesn't really bother me.

Sturdy; easy to assemble
Good sturdy chair. It's heavy, as some have said, but that's because it's solid wood! I don't mind the weight, because it's less likely to fall over. And yeah it's not super easy to clean, but I've never seen one that is. They all get caked in gunk! Hahaha. At least the tray cover is easy to remove and wipe off.My main issue is with the infant booster seat and straps. The buckle only goes across my baby's groin, and the tray is right at his lap too. There are no straps over the shoulders and no supports on the sides. He's a small guy, so I was uncomfortable putting him in the chair for a while because it looked like he would fall over the side. The buckle is also really difficult to unfasten.. Which could be good for him, I guess, but annoying for me.. Especially since it's so low into his crotch lol. I don't recommend this for a smaller baby, but good once they're bigger.

Perfect High Chair
This is exactly what we were looking for in a high chair. It is well made and very sturdy. I love that it can grow with our son and that he can sit at the table with us. The removable tray is perfect for feeding him, or having him at the table when we eat. The tray cover is also a nice feature as it is easily removable for quick clean up. The only drawback is the tray can be a little tricky in removing, in that it requires two hands to do so. Our son is 6 1/2 months old and the infant insert is perfect for him. I would highly recommend this high chair with the infant insert and we would definitely purchase this again and will be recommending this to all our friends. Definitely worth the money!

Worst High Chair
Here are my concerns with this high chair:-Bad proportions for child 6 months-1 year-Child's legs can't bend at 90 degrees or reach foot rest-Tray sits on baby's knees-Huge gap between tray and child's body which makes meals even more messy-You can't wash the straps because they're bolted to the bottom with a screw-Can't adjust the straps because they have some weird double slide system-Straps don't go across the child's waist - they go across the child's thighs which is totally not securei've had it for 4 months and will be getting rid of it. Not worth the money at all!Customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. Don't buy this! Get the Stokke instead!
