Q: Do you have the Organic flour corn meal mix that is self rising ?

I have looked long and hard for self-rising but came up empty handed each year. The only kind I find is a mixture with self -rising wheat flour. So, the answer is no but the main thing to remember is to get the bubbles out or you will have a lot of larges holes in your bread.

Q: Is it white corn? Or yellow??

My bag does not say what kind of corn they use but the flour in my bag looks yellow and so does the picture on Amazon. It could be a mix but including the yellow-white version would just add to the cost without enhancing anything. I'm going with yellow.
