The battery lasts well, it is very quiet with minimal vibration and has a set of depth combs so you can cut right down to the skin or at several lengths above. We chose this because our vet uses the same model.

Bought this for my Shih Tzu. He doesn’t like his feet being touched much, it’s very difficult with big clippers and they are very noisy! . This little trimmer is excellent for removing all the hair between his pads. He suffers from cysts and he didn’t mind my Husband using this on his feet, and around his ears. Having such a short muzzle it will be excellent for trimming in the dip above his nose, and around his face. With him being a Brachycephalic breed there are lots of little areas around his eyes, face and nose that need to be kept free of hair! We couldn’t believe how quiet this is, and as an added bonus it didn’t seem to tickle his feet either! A really excellent little trimmer, which we highly recommend. Low noise, small and easy to use. Battery charge lasts weeks

I've not used this yet. My dog sadly gets inter-digital cysts so I have to keep the hair between the toes as short as possible. He had this done at the vets last week and they used this clipper which worked so well, it's low noise which is vital and very efficient in removing the hair without tickling! This is why I have ordered one - could save on vet fees!!!! More importantly it hopefully will prevent re-occurrence of these nasty things.

Our hairy lad collects matts like a hobby and the last one cost us over £50 at the vets to get it shaved off. Fortunately, our lad is terrified of the vets so sits quietly, paralysed with terror otherwise he'd have to be sedated to get these matts off him. We don't want that nor do we want to subject him to unnecessary vet visits when he's so scared. The daft thing is, that the vet is a real cat person and handles our lad with such kindness and he's never been hurt there but he jumps at his own shadow and is such a wimp. He won't let me anywhere near his boy bits with the scissors - understandable and those are the knots I can't get at easily. The ones on his back, I can sneak at when he's asleep. He's ridiculously long haired and gets matts everywhere, in spite of trying to groom them out himself. He will submit to some brushing but has a short tolerance and fights like a ninja to get away. Too much of my blood has been spilt so we needed a better way. We noticed the vet used this make to shave off a huge conker of a knot so I asked to look at it for reference and found it on Amazon. It was more expensive than I really wanted to pay but it does seem to have excellent reviews and nothing is too good for our long-haired furbaby so we bought it. So far, we haven't used it but the first time we spot a new matt forming, we're gonna pin him down and get rid of it. But, first we'll watch a lot of videos showing us how to do it safely.

Cat is not fazed at all. Did her bib, didn't runaway as normal, just kind of looked down to see what I was doing then gave me a lick. Also great for trimming my beard!!!

Money well spent. The clipper is quiet so my cat doesn’t get scared and is very easy to use. My vet recommended this brand to me. Great product.
