Cantu Shea Butter Deep Treatment Masque, 12 Ounce

This product is great for dry and damaged hair. The deep conditioner I used to use was discontinued, and I needed to find a replacement. I tried Cantu deep conditioner and it really provided my hair with a lot of moisture. I use it biweekly and let it sit in my hair for an hour. It is definitely a great product.

I LOVE THIS ITEM It's well priced, lasts forever and leaves my hair feeling soft and hydrated. I feel that it works best when used overnight, to allow more time to penetrate the hair shaft but if you're low on time, it's a great substitute for a regular/leave in conditioner. Especially when you're low on time and in need of extra hydration.

I love the smell of this hair mask and all of the Cantu products I've tried. It's very fresh - mango and coconut, I think. The smell is my favorite part. I think it helps moisturize my hair, but there is no slip to this product. I usually mix it with one of my conditioners that has more slip, otherwise I can't work my fingers through my hair with the mask in at all. It may not be right for my hair type (3a/b) but if slip isn't a must-have for you, then I would definitely give this a shot. You can't beat the price.

I applied this product and left it on overnight before I rinsed it out. After one application I can see a remarkable improvement in my hair. I've been a natural-haired girl for going on 4 years now and have not found products that my hair loves more that Cantu! Recently I've been dealing with a breakage problem, so I decided to give their Deep Treatment Masque a try. It's too early to tell for sure if the breakage issue is completely resolved but my hair looks healthy, conditioned, is not greasy, flakey or oily and I can run my fingers through it without breakage so I'm very pleased👩🏾

My hair texture is 4a/4b and this defines my curls amazingly. It makes your hair sooooo soft and manageable. Finally found a deep conditioner that works for my hair. For extra softness, I mix this with my regular conditioner and coconut oil, put on a conditioning cap and let it sit for 1-2 hours (after shampooing). Try it, you won't regret it. Cantu's lineup was made for curly girls. And it smells delicious! The scent actually lingers for a few days, which I love.

I am Caucasian with 3b-3c curly hair, and I love this hair mask! I have put it on my hair as a treatment as well as on my hair dry as a styling aid to control flyaways and "frizzies". It's hard to find moisturizers for the hair without protein, and this is a great one! The Cantu line has several moisturizers without protein, but this is the most powerful- and the price can't be beat! This is a great example of a hair product that does an excellent job and doesn't have to hurt your finances in the process.

I bought this product for my teenage son who has curly hair. It arrived on time and undamaged. The first thing we noticed was the smell. It works great in his hair and doesn't cause any frizziness. He has requested that I purchase more.

I initially recommended this product because it gets my normally frizzy, dry and rather unruly hair in a state that *LOOKS* decent and moisturized. But if I’m being completely honest, hours after using this product my hair ends up extremely dry and this product builds up fast so it left my hair feeling weighed down and feeling “dirty”. I wouldn’t buy this product again. I used it as a leave in conditioner, which may be the reason that I didn’t enjoy this product because let’s be honest, no hair product you use should ever leave your hair feeling even more dry. I don’t recommend this.

Chicas PELO AFRO!! Yo soy 4b tirabuzon muchisimo pelo. Hace ya 3 años que no me aliso el pelo ni químicamente ni con secador y plancha. Le añadi 2 cucharadas aceite oliva y 2 de miel... me lo puse cin el pelo mojado lo justo a secciones para que empara bien y luego le pase el demi sin ni un nudo. Me tape el pelo con plástico y me puse bajo el secador con capucha de ess de tela barata unos 25 minutos. Me deje el pelo enfriar y despues de unas 3 horas me lo enjuage y vaya rizos!! Solo me puse un poco de cantu curl cream tambien repartirlo bien en cada sección y vuala. Rizos perfectos 2 dias enteros y luego pues con cuidado y siempre hidratando con agua a coletas hasta el proximo lavado que lo hago cada 3. 4 dias.

I am absolutely in love with this product. I have curly hair. I am using Cantu shea butter deep treatment since June 2020. I can't explain how much I am in love with my curls after using this. It's easy for me to manage curls now. The best part, everyone ask me what do I do differently for my hair 😍 Answer is : Cantu shea butter deep treatment Just finished one bottle and now ordering it again.
