We absolutely love this machine! We are so pleased with this purchase!!! Quick ship, easy to assemble and we recommend the propane version. We purchased a 10lb gyro cone and it was so easy to put the meat on the skewer after the machine was set up. It worked extremely well and I guess were thrilled with the outcome. Looking forward for trying this with chicken this weekend but we highly recommend it. It was easy to clean and I can take a video the next time we use it. Do not hesitate and spending the money on this product

Terrible construction, gas piping only held in place by the force of the pipe. Threaded burner but Venturi has no threads. On first one ordered, small gas explosion because of gas leaking out of the bottom. Only one burner worked, had to use it like that because the meat was already made and on the grill plate spike, company coming. Took longer than normal to cook plus the Burner is not even like in pictures of product, only glowing red up top, bottom cooks way slower.Started a return, waiting on the new replacement. Advise everyone hook it up and test first to make sure both burners work and rotisserie rotates as well.I hate having to repair a new product.Second replacement arrived, I didn’t even bother to hook it up, instead removed the bottom for inspection, yup gas piping not in place. Fire hazard waiting to happen. I fixed the first one, I’m sending the replacement back. They can fix it.

Este producto al principio no funcionó como debería, la hornilla del lado izquierdo no funcionaba, la flama no se mantenía encendida, obtuve otro cuando hice la reclamación y este segundo venía peor, sin línea de gas le faltaba un tornillo y la función eléctrica para el giro venia rota, en fin, el producto bueno, ligero, compacto y si funciona al 100% podrás sacarle mucho provecho, es solo cuestión de que venga bien ensamblado y armado.

Fortunately I was able to contact the seller and they were responsive, kind, and immediately responded by sending me another parcel. The product works great!I've been able to cook both chicken Shawerma and beef shawerma using my homemade spices. Its worth purchasing.

El gas sale con mucha fuerza y no es seguro dejar el rostizador solo, ha estado a punto de explotar dos veces. LLe falto un empaque a la manguera, que pasa al gas, tube que conectar otra. No lo volvere a usar.

Very poor performance

The unit did not work upon arrival. Luckily, I'm a pretty handy guy. The spinner was intermittent at best, so it would spin, then not, and then it just stopped working. I was able to check the power cord with a multi-meter and found the cord was not providing voltage. The cord was the same as is used for a computer monitor, so I grabbed another one from my house, checked it with the multi-meter to compare and also checked it plugged into the unit. Sure enough, the cord that came with unit was bad. Next issue was that one side of the grill would not light. I could hear the gas coming out but nothing. I took the bottom of the grill off and found the gas line was not connected to the burner. I was able to stick the copper line into the bottom of the burner and re-assemble and then everything lit up no problem. They were fairly simple fixes, but I don't think I should have to fix a new unit. Amazon however provided a credit for and a new power cord so, 5 star unit once you make it work and work with Amazon to get replacement cord.
