Love these headphones. Good looking. Great quality. Lovely sound. Good value for your money.

It's recently developed a fault with the battery, causing the headphones to randomly turn themselves off, meaning they can only be used with the cable. I attempted to contact Amazon to arrange a replacement, but was told it was past their 30-day return window. When attempting to contact Roam through their website, there's a very poorly-developed website which says the contact form doesn't exist (and trying to navigate to other pages on their site is impossible).Overall whilst these headphones are a high quality, if they develop a fault you apparently just have to live with it as there's no way of contacting anyone to get it sorted.

Love this product, it's so easy to use and the audio quality is excellent. The noise cancelling is very good even without the active noise cancelling. Perfect for someone like me who is very sensitive to noise! :)Edit: they broke within 3 months. I wouldn't say I overused them either. They did not work with the cable, or replacement cable, after 3 months and I could only use bluetooth. The bluetooth also turned tinny and... not quite right? The sound quality was fab initially but definitely deteriorated.I tried to contact the manufacturer regarding the warranty, which was still valid, however never for a reply. I did purchase a second pair of these headphones in case it was a fault and had exactly the same issues! I have now moved to another brand.

Great item noise reduction function works great

The best pair of headphones I have ever bought! I have bought a few pairs in my time but these are something else everything you want they have the comfort yes the sound quality perfect the ergonomics are on point and a free case!! Can it get better than these? And the answer is no

Not really into reviews but felt I had to with these, they are so comfy and light to wear and don't give you that sore ear feeling from wearing headphones for a long time. I commute to work so find these excellent in cancelling out all around me. They are also super understated!

The actual product itself was great value for money and really convenient for using on long walks and commuting. However after a few months of constantly wearing them the right hand side ear piece snapped off completely rendering them unable to be used. This was such a disappointment given how good they had been up until this point.

Such a shame. When i first bought these they were great. The noise cancellation is excellent and sound quality is class. However, within a week they wouldn't connect an aux cable without constant crackling (I thought no worries bluetooth still works) and (after about 4 months since purchase) the battery life is genuinely awful. It won't charge more than 60% and they will stop working after about an hour. Spend your money elsewhere because in 4 months you will have to anyway.
