Q: Does this watch have auto light? If it does how to set it up?

No it does not have the AUTO EL backlight

Q: Mine wont work. Hands stuck on 12oclock.

The watch is dead and needs to be charged

Q: After pairing my watch to my iphone app, it seems that my watch always stays exactly 5 minutes later that what my iphone shows. anyone have this prob?

That's why I'm an Android user.. hahahaha sorry couldn't help it. Probably you should fix the "home position" in your watch. Let me know if it helped.
