After months of using this pillow, though it didn't take months, I have to say it has helped my neck pain! It is versital, allowing the iise of the dip for neck and shoulder support, the higher sides for when the neck is super tense and needs the elevation, and even the lower side for sleeps when minimal support is needed! I love it so far, and I don't think I will need to switch again for quite some time. I have switched pillows almost every two years because most just don't give the support people need. I only gave a four star for Pain relief because I have other issues that cause some neck and shoulder pain that the pillow, by the nature of being a pillow, cannot fix or help.

This pillow has been an interesting ride so far. I usually sleep on my side and have a bad shoulder, sometimes with old pillows i would wake up all twisted around and with my shoulder aching, but not anymore with this pillow! It took some getting used to, it was a bit difficult to fall asleep the first few nights but it feels great now.

Pillow is really great and very comfortable but it’s very hot! The minute I put my head on it I knew I would need to figure out some sort of case to put over it to cool it down.

Not comfortable..too stiff and firm

I feel that everyone should sleep with this pillow to save your neck and keep it healthy. I noticed neck pain relief the 1st morning after i used it. It would be nice if it came with a pillow protector. A REG/Queen pillow case fits fine.

Product exceeded expectations. I loved the pillow. My husband tried it and thought it was good, but would be even better if a little thicker. These will be our travel pillows!

Did wonders for my sleep. I used to wake up with headaches and I swear this pillow helped tremendously with that.
