Easy to use and baking perfect bread every time. Easy to clean, the non stick pan is really non stick. May need better mitt, the mitt that comes with it is just so so. Update After more than 20 loafs, I really love this machine, everyone loves the bread and the cake and want more! Here are few tips on using it. preset #2 is the signature bread, this pretty much equals or better than the bread that Japanese bakery sold. Is little crunchy and tender skin with very soft yet tender inside, beautiful air holes. If you love Japanese toast/bread, this is what you want to make. preset #3 pretty much same but slightly harder than #2 on the inside. Also, on the cookbook that comes with it, do not follow the weight when comes to measuring ingredients. Flour is the only thing I went with the weight. The rest I went with the scoop that comes with the machine putting whatever scoop that it calls for, just ignore the weight. I had a failure at first when I followed the weight instead of scoop counts. If you want to replace milk powder with milk, just replace water with the exact amount of milk and voila. Enjoy this awesome machine!

I've never had a bread machine so I don't know how other brand's machine compares to this one. This machine is one of my best purchase and I am using it almost everyday. My very first bread turned out like a artisan bread, soft inside and crusted outside. This machine makes me feel so good about my baking skill, even though all I need to do is add ingredient and press one bottom. The timer function is also very useful. I can set the timer, go to bed and wake up to a freshly baked bread. So far I have tried regular bread, soft bread, instant bread, and rice bread. The rice bread is awesome! Now I have a better way to get rid of those leftover rice from the Chinese takeout. There are also other bread programs: french baguette, rye, brioche, scone... so many variety! Not only bread, this machine has total 32 programs that can make sugar poached fruit, jam, mochi, cake and pizza/noodle dough... etc. If it is not so expensive, I really want to get a second one. The only problem for the English speaking user is that it comes with only Japanese manual. I took Japanese class in college but still feel it's too much work to translate the manual. I hope Panasonic will sell this model in the US in the future.

Easy to use but a little pricry

The machine is so easy to use. But you need to download Chinese version menu ,otherwise, all the functions shown Japaneses. There are a lot of different setting and allow me to explore different receipt. I only try select function 2 for extra soft bread .Just first time use and follow the receipt , i cannot believe how soft and yummy the bread can be from the machines. I don't need to worry what ingredient from store make bread anymore. I know what i use and make the bread. It's the best bread machine i even use. But again, if you don't understand Chinese and Japaneses , you probably have to make sure there is English version menu to download in order able to use it .

I never believe bread maker can make such soft and yummy bread like bakery store until I bought this one. There are 32 different kinds of basic recipes and you certainly can go beyond that if you want. I even joining the bread maker club on facebook and learn a lot from others. Love love love this bread maker and I bake everyday now,

I always doubt machinery work on food, hand made is better than machine always. I bought it because i am tired buying bread every other day. All I did was following instructions(japanese) dump organic ingredients into the bakery pan and waited 4hours not expecting much for test bake. There was a cute bread piece freshly baked inside a bucket-pan after while but I was speechless when I ate my first self made bread.... That was, I can say, like a 5 star hotel's penthouse suite room-service morning bread! I never had such a delicious crust in my life. I think I will make every morning (there's a timer) and never get tired of it. Its so easy to operate that I almost feel guilty to say "I bake it" and its even easy to clean. Panasonic is something.

Ships so fast! It was shipped from japan on Wed, and arrived Texas on Saturday! Didn't expect this for a standard free shipping! And machine is excellent, already tried two kinds of bread, just baked nice. It is a good investment for the family.

The machine itself it's good. The reason I only give two star is because I found out two weeks later that the machine price drop more than $150 and I ask for price match but the seller just give me a ruid answer and not willing to do it.

この商品は、Panasonicの中古品のパン焼き機です。私は、他に２台のパン焼き機を所有してまいます。しかも、何方も年代物です。しかし、私が所有して居るパン焼き機には無い機能が沢山有りました。それで、色々検索をし、この商品を購入する事にしました。お気に入りは、レーズン:ナッツ類やイースト菌の自動投入が可能な事と餅類が出来る機能や蒸し器機能が魅力的でした。早速、蒸しパンに挑戦したした。バッチリ上手に出来ました。何か！とても嬉しかったです。やっぱりPanasonicの商品は、素晴らしいと思いました。そして又、中古品にもかかわらず、外見や内部が奇麗だった事と取説等が揃っていた事にも感謝致します。又、お安い価格で購入出来た事にも感謝致します。ありがとうございました。

パンドミはイースト菌を通常の半量しか使用しないため、匂いが優しい気がします。 ものぐさなので、日常的にパンドミか、フランスパン風しか作成していません。 フランスパン風食パンは皮が香ばしく、味がさっぱりしていて家族のお気に入りです。 生地をこねる作業中は確かにうるさいので、注意が必要です。 振動を吸収するシートを敷き、キッチンと寝室の間にあるドアを閉めることで対処しています。

パンドミしか作っていないですがふっくらおいしく焼きあがるし、イーストも一回1.6グラムしか使用しないので助かっています。

GOPANと迷ったのですが、お米から調理する事は殆どないと思いこちらにしました 価格も下がり、内容にも満足してます

数年間気になっていたホームベーカリーを、思い切って購入。 20年以上前に実家の母が使っていたものから、こんなに進化しているなんてと驚きました。 届いたその日に、ソフト食パンミックスを使ってパン・ド・ミを焼きましたが、説明書通りの簡単な操作で失敗なく美味しくできました。 2回目は抹茶入りの生地に大納言を混ぜ込んだものーこれもふっくらして素晴らしい焼き上がりです。 自宅でこれだけのパンが手軽に焼けるなら、これは嬉しい。確かに市販のパンを買う気がしなくなりました。 これからは、自分で粉をブレンドしたり成形したりと工夫するのが楽しみです。 おもちはこれからですが、パン・ド・ミとおもちが作れることがポイントになってこの機種にしました。生活が楽しくなる家電ですね。本当に買って良かったです。
