Contigo Byron SNAPSEAL Travel Mug

I've been using this cup every day for over 3 months and it's genuinely leak proof. As long as the lid is screwed on properly and the mouth piece clicked shut (sounds obvious but easily overlooked!) I can just chuck it in my bag. Hot drinks do cool down to like warm after a couple of hours, so I'm not sure about its claims. It's not as good as a thermos, but it's way more convenient. I often use it at home so my tea doesn't go cold. Plus it looks good and is scratch and dent free even after lots of use. 100% recommend

Very stylish and well made and I have had no leaks. Keeps drink hot a lot longer than other drinks mugs I've used. It has a bright steel interior which cleans easily.weight (empty) is 282g. Overall I am very happy with this item though I would agree that the hole you drink from is too wide

This travel mug was a great purchase, bought three for myself and my family and they are used regularly. They keep hot drinks warm for ~5 hours and the grip makes the mug very comfortable and easy to hold. The lid completely comes off making the inside very easy to clean and it is easy to pour drinks into as it has a wide opening. Do be careful when pouring very hot drinks inside though as I've realised sometimes a few drops of the hot drink may 'splatter' out when you pop open the lid, but this can be easily avoided by not filling the mug up too full or letting the drink cool off a bit before putting the lid on to let the steam out.

I bought this product for myself when my special needs daughter had to stay in hospital for surgery. This was the best thing I bought for my own hospital bag! I made myself a coffee in it before I finally managed to go to sleep in the hospital hotel at midnight. I struggled to sleep as I was so scared for the next day. When I woke up the next morning at 6am after very little sleep, I didn't need to worry about making a coffee as it was still piping hot! The best bit is that it holds TWO cups of coffee! This is the only travel mug that is allowed on hospital wards as it does not leak at all. It's lock feature makes it incredibly safe around little ones, which makes it even more amazing! This travel mug washes up nicely and leaves no stains. It does not affect the taste of your drink at all. I've had this for 6 months now and it is as if I bought it yesterday. It can with stand being dropped which makes it very durable and it does not fall apart. For £12.50 (at the time of purchase) this was a really reasonably priced travel mug and I have used it ever since for Forest School, outings and holidays. This would make a wonderful gift for a new mum, student and especially any SEN parent!

Lovely item, kept my coffee warm all day about 6 hours. Have recommended to family. Lovely colour too. Fits nicely in my car cup holder.

Love them, keep tea hot enough to still burn your crutch 4 hours later when you forget to click the lid down while driving. Don't fit in your cup holder in most cars, fit in the lorry one though so that's a winner. Been bashed around in passenger footwell, kept milk cold enough in hot conditions, and fallen great heights and survived. My last ones of these the seal has gone, so only keeps tea drinking temp for hour or so, and lets out a high pitch moan, but it's had 4 years of abuse, if I could find new lids / seals I'd just replace those, but as I use my more than 300 days a year I think the seal did ok. I never go anywhere without two of these filled with tea!

Bought as a gift, the recipient is very pleased with it. Keeps drinks hot and snap open and shut facility is reliable and useful. Smart to look at and a useful size.

Have had this older design prior, hence why I bought again! Like this design over the newer design.

Da ich jeden Morgen recht früh den Weg zur arbeit antrete und eine gute halbe Stunde mit den Pkw dazu benötige mag ich es mir diesen täglichen Gang mit einer warmen Tasse grünen Tee zu versüßen. Also musste ein Thermobecher her der etwas taugt, in den Tassenhalter passt und auch optisch etwas hermacht. Der Travelmug wurde schnell und ohne weitere Vorkommnisse geliefert wie erwarte. Mit einem Fassungsvolumen von 470 ml ist die Leistung mehr als aussreichend und auch gut und handlich in kleineren Pkws unterzubringen. Die Optik ist genau so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und macht auch einen ordentlich und sauber gearbeiteten Eindruck. Die Wärmeleistung ist sehr gut und hält Getränke auch über die 6 angegebenen Stunden schön warm. Der Becher hält dicht , tropft nicht und ist durch den Gummiring in der Mitte gut zu greifen. Lediglich der Ablass zum trinken ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber auch das soll die gute Leistung nicht schhmällern. Ein top Produkt das ich auch gerne wieder bei Ihnen bestelle und auch guten Gewissens veschenken kann.

Love this thermos. It's the perfect size with the circumference being easy to hold and the silicone (?) sleeve even easier to grasp. It keeps coffee hot and the opening is the perfect size and avoids spills. Wish I'd found this years ago.

It stays warm for about 4 hours, which I think is more than enough. A very good product.
