Cuts out the unwanted ingredients
I got this to add to my coffeeSo far so goodI just add a small amount boiling water that Iadd to my pour over coffee to premix it beforeadding it to my coffee because it is such a fine powder and doesn’t unclump that easy.

Buyer beware: Product has changed!!!
This product has changed. Its gross now. I used to buy this regularly. I thought it was delicious. This last year it became unavailable for a little while. I thought it was discontinued.So when I saw it available again I bought two. I wish I would have bought zero. The company has changed either the recipe or the manufacturing process because the taste and texture have changed. My two packages are so disgusting they're basically trash. I won't be purchasing this waste of money again. Id like a refund, but its food so that option isn't available on this platform. Unfortunate. Buyer beware.

Has a Fruity Taste
I love using coconut powder as my coffee creamer and have tried several different organic brands. I was also happy to find maltodextrin free coconut powder, so I purchased this brand. Well, this brand is smooth and non gritty like some other brands, but it has a fruity flavor / taste to it that was unexpected and doesn't pare well with coffee. I'm not sure if the fruity taste is because the nozzles weren't properly cleaned after making another powdered product or what, but just wanted you to know this one tastes kind of fruity.
