How often shall I use this like day or night or both?

This cleanser incorporates a gentle exfoliate. I use it when showering but no more frequently than on alternate days. I am now in my sixties and tend to use a creamy cleanser at night.

Does this make my skin go red and dry?

Definitely not !! This is the best face wash I have used and I have sensitive skin!!!

Is it good for white head spots?

This product is gentle and has a very small amount of some kind of exfoliating 'beads' in the creamy mixture. I have checked my tube and it does not include information on what these 'beads' are made from - whether from natural sources or man-made source. The cream does not dry out the skin and rinses off easily. Not having spots I am unable to comment on the efficacy of the cream for cleaning spots but it may be helpful for cleansing skin without drying it out.

Are the exfoliating beads natural or micro plastics?

There is no beads in it not that I have noticed its just soft and creamy leaving face soft and clean
