Glue Issue
After removing the tools from package, the metal part that is attached to the handle immediately separated. I had to re-glue four of the five tools in the set. Also, one of the silicone tips arrived with dried glue on the side of the tip. I tried scraping it off but to do that you literally have to shave it off with an Exacto knife, thus cutting away part of the silicone. If not for the glue issue, I would be satisfied with this product.

Easy to use. Many other uses.
Great tools. I used mostly for clay. But also when working with the glue gun. Since they are silicone, the glue will not stick and leaves a nice smooth finish if left on the spot of hot glue until it cools. Works better than using your finger and getting burned! When using with clay it will have some movement so you don't really mess up your project, just feels like an extension of your finger but better since it can fit and mold into crevices that a hard tool would mess up. The rubbery movement of this tool and that fact that it is flexible makes working with it great for these types of projects. Also can use for applying paint or glue to projects.

Fall apart
I started working with one of the tools and the point fell off on the first use! What is that??!! I glued it back on, but I shouldn't have had to do that.

Great for Coloring with Soft Pastels
Thanks to whoever suggested that these could be used with soft pastels for coloring. It really saves a lot of time in blending colors. Much, much better than tortillons or stumps. You can simply wipe the silicon head with rubbing alcohol to get rid of color stains, so that you don't accidentally mix unwanted colors. Make sure it is dry before using with another color.I fail to understand why one would need all the different shapes, though, if to be used for coloring. One flat chisel would do. And I hope it lasts a long time. Check for other sellers for better pricing. This one is a bit over-priced, although at the time I was searching, it seemed to be cheaper than those who simply rack up the price. You should not pay more than $10 for a set of 5.

Great tools - just a little short
I would rate this a 5 if they were a little longer. I use them daily in my pottery studio and am pleased with them so far.

Useful little utensils!
Purchased these for a Gelli printing class which is some days away but I can definitely use them in my polymer clay hobby. Very sturdy and the right size for forming fingers & toes and working on facial expressions in clay.

Great shapers!
I just LOVE these silicone shapers! I use them when sculpting polymer clay and they work FANTASTIC!I actually have two sizes...the smallest size and the largest. I use the large ones a lot more, but it is nice to have the small ones when you have a very small area you're working in.These making shaping and smoothing the clay so easy! They're put together well and have held up to a lot of use and abuse. I'm very pleased with them overall.

Bad quality handles
I'm most disappointed with these paint shappers. I wasn't expecting these to be top notch quality for the price, for sure. Truth to be told, the silicon nibs and metal ferrule parts are OK.They allow me to experiment with different brush strokes and techniques and are helping me make my mind about those that I 'd d like purchased good quality. I also like that each brush has a different coloured handle. However, the handles come off easily even before using them, all of them, as they are screw-like but not really screwed as per my photo. They can be put in easily, but I have to take care that they don't come off when I'm painting. So I'll have to glue them or cover the joints with insulating tape.UPDATE 14/10/22What I said above still stands. However, I put insulating tape around the ferrule, in the part that connects to the handle, and this has made the trick. I keep the brushes in water for quite a while and no issue. For the rest, I use these brushes all the time, almost on a daily basis, with acrylics, adhesives and different mediums and they're great. I hope they fix the handles-tip connection because they are great for the rest. I've added an extra star to my rating.
