Had an ankle sprain and during the physio, one of the contacts suggested to use this oil for massaging the ankle and foot. This is feeling good and as will be using it for few months. Now am using alternate days, but once my foot swelling is down, will be using it once a week. The result is good, would recommend only if you have any foot problems.

I've used this as a massage oil for years. While I can't say whether I've had specific pain relief from the oil, it's pleasant and easy to use, and once it soaks into the skin leaves it feeling soft. It has a sesame oil base, which has warming qualities. A trick I learned from Ayurveda for cold nights is to massage my feet with this and then put on socks when going to bed. That helps keep me warm through the night.
