SmartTemp Hot Cold Therapy System, Medium (6 x 10 Inches)

This was for my husband who had a knee injury but I've used it too on my neck and back. It's just the right size where you can use it almost anywhere. You think a big one would be better but it's not- as bigger ones become awkward when you are trying to have it stay in a certain area. It also doesn't take up too much room. It is our second one. We keep two so when one is refreezing the other can be used. Great price too. Velcro is strong and reliable. Husband uses it everyday and swears by it. We've had others in past that just aren't as good and don't stay cold as long. No complaints here.

It gets cold in the freezer and actually stays cold/torn ACL and meniscus, hi school granddaughter. For me a possible torn rotator cup. Totally leash pain and stays cold so after you put it back in the freezer if you need it right away it’s ready, The cloth bag and Velcro strap in perfect size. I have a collection of ice packs trying to get the right one this was the right one

I never buy any brands other than these.for.the reason being how.cold.and how.long it stays cold.I've purchased other brands and was. So upset. So ya this brand.is the best on the.planet!I'm grateful to have found this for sale.

These are great. The only problem is after some use, if it gets too hot it will expand the plastic and explode in the microwave. I swear by these and a competitor called Thermipaq. They are both excellent.Follow the instructions. Years ago the cover used to be better, more significant, but it is what it is. I take the cover off and it's a great cold pack as well. Brrrr! The size is perfect for the back and the best part is if I fall asleep because the heat relaxes me, I don't get a burn like a conventional heating pad.Disclaimer- you can burn yourself- this can get very hot so follow the directions and it's not made to be slept on- I think.

Have used this product for years. It's great for wrapping around my ankle as a cold pack or can go on the back of my neck for warmth. My kids love it too as a cold pack.The only bad thing is if you put too much force on it or microwave it too long, it will burst and need to get thrown out.

My wife had knee replacement surgery and needed constant icing on the knee for several days. We already owned one of these; it was the best method we'd ever seen for cold OR heat therapy. We ordered 2 more so we'd always have a couple in the freezer and one on the leg. Thank you for this great product! If there were more stars, I'd have given them!

It's easy to use. Been using one of these for years on my knees. The cold seems to help, even if its temporary. I now have 3 for the knees and one for the shoulder.
