Great replacement
Easy to replace my old one that died.

Sadly, it had an unworkable fault.
We found that playing any of several songs over the Bluetooth connection would instantly freeze the whole unit. It was repeatable--works fine until you played the wrong song. Several people tried it from their own phones and each found 2-3 songs that would cause it. I had to return it.It's a shame as it otherwise was a fun unit. They tried to squeeze every feature you can think of into it including syncing the clock to digital radio stations, multiple aux and video connections, smartphone app etc. Other than the fault, the only shortcomings I saw were:* need to make it easier to turn each speaker set on/off instead of having to just raise/lower the volume for each.* need to stop the phone app from trying to start everything playing every time it connects (I was always turning off my audiobook or other players that were being turned on over top of other music playing.)* need to kill the audio Bluetooth connection when the radio is turned off. Keeping the separate Bluetooth connection for the remote control app is fine but the other continues to tie up the audio output of connected phones until they manually disconnect.Bottom line: if they fix the fault (probably a software thing), then it's great for techy people who like tons of things to set up. Even they will want to keep the brief user manual around as they are SO many settings to find.

Very easy to install
Was alittle hard to get used to the touch controls. Remote good. App very good to use to control.

It’s OK but not great
I bought this unit for our travel trailer. It’s just ok, not what I expected after reading the reviews from an independent site. The controls are touchy and clumsy as is the remote. This will take some getting used to. It does not have three separate zones. What you have is three separate volume control zones. What I found that works for me is to mute the zone I want off.The wiring instructions can be little confusing. Luckily this isn’t my first stereo installation. If this is your first or you’re not sure, read all of the installation instructions carefully. When in doubt, you can use the diagram in the photo. If I knew what I know now when I ordered this I would have opted for a different unit.

Perfect fit
I love this head unit. It works great I just wish it had an optical input from the tv

all the features worked
I called the Company who made this unit and the customer rep told me it was easy to install, unplug the old unit and plug in the new unit. None of the old plugs worked mated with the new unit. I had to cut and splice all the wires original wires to the wires of the new unit.

A suitable replacement
We bought a trailer that had a broken, older version of this head unit. I didn't feel like trying to change anything, so I just bought the direct replacement. Everything works, and it does what it's supposed to do. The "touch screen" is really just a flat surface for the screen, and the buttons are also the same smooth and flat surface. You can't press your finger anywhere except on the buttons to make it do anything. I thought that was a bit of a stretch to call it a touch screen, but I guess they're technically telling the truth. It plays music, it plays movies, it plays dvd's, it plays bluetooth, it plays from a thumb drive. I'm sure there's nicer stuff out there, but overall I'm happy.

You’ll wanna pass on this one.
I’ve had this deck for 4 months or so. The warranty is only good for 30 days. The first month it worked fine. On the last camping trip I found a lot of the touch controls would not work. Sometimes if you repeatedly tapped on them or I had to use the remote. The app is useless you can’t link at all. I tried hitting the reset a couple times still nothing. Also, while out on a trip, the unit would just shut off in middle of playing music on blue tooth. It must have been over heating. It would let me turn it back it on after it sat for awhile. After 4 times we just left it off. We were in Upper Idaho pan handle so the temp was in the mid 80’s and we had the a/c going at times too. I didn’t get the extra warranty. It won’t help me when we’re out on a trip. I d rather pay for quality and not need an extra warranty. This thing was not cheap either. RV radios are disappointing. I will never buy another from Amazon.
