Love this product that’s great for any kind of salad you want to use potato macaroni, pasta, salad, etc.

This item is hard to find without salt. It brightens every meal for those who have to live with a low salt diet.

I've been using this brand for years and I plan to continue enjoying it. I like that it is salt-free so that's a plus.

For some reason I forgot about this spice mix for a few years, not sure why. I was introduced to it back in the 1990s when I switched to a vegetarian diet. This stuff is great for packing a lot of flavor into your food. I just recently was reminded of Spike and got some and I'm really glad I did - Boy, did I miss it!I do use both versions, the one with salt and the one without, but I definitely prefer the salt free one because I like to have more control over the salt content in my cooking.

Excellent season low or no sodium

We have used Spike Salt Free Seasoning for many years now. Its' great for cooking, i.e. poultry, fish meat, vegetables. We also use it to season tuna and chicken salad for sandwiches. The Salt Free version is the best - more flavor, and we can control the amount of salt intake. It's not available in our local stores, so we were happy to find it @ Amazon.com. We bought the 4.5 oz. box for refilling our spice container. The expiration date was very difficult to read, so I checked the manufacturer's website. The code on the box is for the date of manufacture. It was manufactured on March 6. 2021. We received it today, July 26, 2022, almost 1 year and 4 months after it was made. The website FAQs state that the product is good for "2+ years". I would have preferred a box made more recently. Will reconsider where I make my next purchase from.
