I got two of these, with an assortment of other bone healthy vitamins (vitamin d3+ k2, L-Lysine, B Complex, and Boron) to help me recover faster from breaking my 5th metatarsal bone on my right foot. I'm 28F, on the much heavier side, but very active, and just had a whoopsy rolling roughly on my ankle trying to run for the bus lol.Have been taking them for almost 3 weeks and have to say my foot is feeling a lot better. Swelling has gone down from looking like a literal ham hock. It's not painful to even wiggle my pinky toe anymore. I'm not saying this is some miracle pill and maybe it's the combination of other vitamins I've been taking but I want to believe this is the ring leader in my recovery. I take between two or three a day. It's easy to swallow. Taste is terrible but that's to be expected. And I've no side effects either. It also seems to be helping with joint pain too from not walking as much as I have. So THAT'S a blessing! Even my orthopedic said he would've highly suggested this for bone recovery if I hadn't done my research before visiting him, so that says something about how great this is!

I decided to try this product to help with joint and tendon health and for improving my body fat levels. I was injured in a car accident last year and my neck and back have been on a long process of healing. I’ve definitely noticed less pain in those areas. The other benefit I was happily surprised with was my body fat levels were going down visibly even though my weight stayed steady at 205. Great source of Calcium, for people who can't have dairy. Also a great source of Vitamin C. I feel the difference!

Let me first say, please (Toniq) never change your source for this Cissus Quad supplement. I'm absolutely floored by just how well it works. I'm 43 years old and try to work out 5 days a week lifting heavy. It really helps with my shoulder which was dislocated 15 years ago and has a tendency to ache. In addition, I've found this supplement really helps with overall post-gym soreness if I take 2x the dosage. Having tried almost all other Cissus products out there this is by far the best. So again, Toniq please never cheap out on your source for this product to make more profit and you will have a life-long customer!

No weight loss yet, but definitely some insomnia. Doesn't do much. Been taking for a few months. Waiting on results.

I take Cissus intermittently, mostly for stomach protection prior to taking nsaids. Usually, I'll use bulk powder, but capsules are a lot more convenient. And, these are quite concentrated, compared to the bulk powder I'd been using. Like them quite a lot, actually.
