Mikes Mighty Good, Soup Ramen Kimchi, 2.3 Ounce

I love these noodles I had to get a box. The box is pricey because I paid less individually at the grocery store. These come straight from company but not at retail prices. Something they should work on and make EBT SNAP available for orders. I’d like more flavors from this brand in bulk! There are all really so good and healthy!!!

This ramen is delicious, just straight up. It's incredibly savory and warm. Highly recommended as a comfort meal for cold days or hangovers. I personally don't think it tastes that much like kimchi. It tastes strongly of garlic, red pepper, and vegetable broth, which is a great combination either way. The noodles have a different consistency than most instant ramen in that they are rather heavy and slimy, but they taste good and they actually taste like wheat instead of cardboard. Overall these are a great option in your ramen rotation, especially if you're vegetarian and looking for something other than soy sauce flavored noodles.

Mild chili pepper flavor is predominant, it doesn't have as much flavor complexity as I would have liked, on the positive side, it's not watery (unless you add too much water, of course), it has some thickness and although the taste is not perfect, it is pleasant. Not bad for satisfying the craving for something hot and salty on a cold night when you want something quick to eat, and the best part is that it doesn't have a long list of industrial and harmful ingredients. For now I think it is a soup that I could possibly buy again, although I will continue to try more flavors and then I will have a better opinion.

I add real Kim chi and sometimes more ramen. I also add tofu snd nori and it becomes a good dinner. It’s a great starter or just fine by itself

The flavor was good but the quantity wasn't even the size of a fist. Definitely snack size. For the price, I'd like to think you'd get two servings per package. Barley even one serving.

Well first if you are not into spicy then this is definitely not for you, but if you're, then this mild blend is great.

And good noodles, good portion for lunch or to add to something for dinner.

The soup smelled like dog barf to me making the rest of it revolting to eat. The noodles tasted like wood shavings. Bought it once but wont make that mistake again🤢
