Great cup Turner. My first tumbler project and it turned out great. This is very quiet.

🌟🌟🌟 UPDATE 🌟🌟🌟 The company is sending me a new turner! They definitely uphold their word on customer service and always make it right. If you’ve doubted or had an issue in the past, I highly suggest you reach out to them. First, I think all of their products are great! I have 5 turners now, however the last one I got that was the one for the pen/tumbler turner, it has a very loud grinding then a high pitch squeal and the rods for the pens are way too small and too close together. Once you put epoxy on them to hold all 8 they are too close together, and the pens just roll not turn making the epoxy lean more on one side so that’s definitely not a good thing for me. I have only used the turner maybe 1 hour until I couldn’t take the noise any longer. I have looked for a way to contact the seller because I think I just got a bad/defected turner. Which I am sure they will make it right with me that or I will just simply unassemble and ask for a refund but I don’t see that being a problem. I do understand things like this can happen and it will eventually happen to everyone on anything you buy period! This turner is well worth the money and you get great selectable items with it depending on which one you choose. Like I said I have 5 of these turners and this is the only one out of them all that I am having an issue with. So really pay attention to the reviews you read because everything you purchase is not always bad, yes things do happen. But LFSUM will fix the issue if given the chance. It’s very easy to put together, and my other 4 are pretty quiet. If your looking for an inexpensive tumbler turner this is definitely a great starter even if you just want to continue to buy just the single ones like this it’s still GREAT! I bought three really good turners from this company. I absolutely loved the sturdiness of the wood base and arm and felt they were easy to assemble but I needed more to make multiple cups at the same time. The second order came with pvc plastic arms vs the wood that had previously come with them. These new ones make sound at the rotating ring and are starting to wear down. I get nervous when they turn that they may not fully rotate while I’m not paying attention leading to wasted resin and time trying to fix it. Hasn’t happened yet, but the sound is killing me. Left wood base was original, right pvc base is second order.

If your new to epoxy tumblers... just by this one! I have multiple turners, and when I wanted to add 2 more to my workstation I really wanted a wooden one (wooden bases are easy to mount to workstations if you are building a bigger station) I chose this Turner due to the price point and good reviews and I couldn't be happier! They assemble in less than 5 minutes- feel much more sturdy then even my metal based turners- the pin on the rod arm is awesome to guarantee you dont loose your rod arm while your cups turning- much quieter than my other turners- a nice long cord with on/off switch so you dont have to unplug it each time PLUS the bonus tools that come with it are definitely a necessity 4 epoxy measuring cups (big ones that mark at every 10ml) which makes stirring your epoxy easier then in tiny medicine cups 2 different sized foams to hold your cups on the rod A silicone mat to put under your turner...That's a big one folks, epoxy does not stick to silicone so if you drip any it just peels off once dry! masking tape, gloves. And even a epoxy applicator I will definently be purchasing a couple more of these units!

I absolutely love this turner. This is my second one. The first one is still going strong after 2 years. Worth the money. If the would sell a 4 turner, I would buy that as well.

Be prepared to assemble lol. It wasn’t bad at all. Extra screws were given just in case. Only had to install 3 parts to each other (base to back then pole holder to base). Also, you have to screw the pole (it comes with two) to the back which is how it turns so don’t tighten it to tight because it’s not necessary. It does come with a wrench just in case. The noise is far from noticeable. Scale from 1-10 I would say the noise level is a 1-2 (of course this is all depending your tolerance for noise.... I have 4 dogs... enough said). It reminds me of the sound the an old refrigerator would make. Sturdy. Very simple design. Regular schmegular wood. The silicone mat it comes with was super helpful. Decent size but it JUST FITS under my 20oz tumbler I have running now. The gloves it came with was a size medium to me (I’m normally a small). I rather the gloves be skin tight because it’s more effective when I’m smoothing out my resin with my finger (it comes with a cute spatula but clearly I didn’t use it). The cups it comes with are measuring cups so definitely useful. More than enough wooden sticks. One thing I will say.... the foam pieces should definitely be placed on the pole first then you add your cup or project. Since I have to screw the pole to the back I THOUGHT the foam was interchangeable by itself...... it’s not. I have to change the whole pole. Also, the tripod it comes with (it comes with two) once you take your project off the actually turner to finish drying is not sturdy. Definitely some wiggle room. It holds it.... my project hasn’t fallen out of the tripod..... It’s just not tight. Please remember the switch for the turner is bidirectional. Turn it on first and to change direction QUICKLY switch it off then back on. This is also my fist ever cup turner. If some of the things I mentioned are common with cup turners forgive me lol. Not enough room for larger tumblers or tumblers with handles.

After having this product reviewed by an electrical engineer it has been concluded that the electrical motor installed in the cup turner is not suitable for use in the United Kingdom. The motor is rated at 110volts, the installation is not double insulated, all exposed metal work should be connected to earth. This item if used in the United Kingdom could lead to fire or even cause death by electrocution.

Pleaase pleaae do not purchase, it worked for 10 minutes and I did every possible thing to get it to work, it just rolled slowly for 10 minutes then stopped and has not opponed or functioned since then. This brand looks amazing in marketing itself, when in reality the rotation is only 10 minutes long and when you try to returrn it, the return option is void.

I used the cup turner for about half hour and the motor stopped working, and couldn't use any more, so waste of money

Product as decribed,sturdy and very little noise.

The product arrived late and stopped working after half an hour of spinning. Also the package did not have the masking tape and the glitter that are written in the description.
