Great Curriculum! Used from K-7!
Love Horizons math curriculum!

Not quite the same as K-6
My son is 1/2 way through this book after completing Horizons K-6 in previous years. The format is a little different than previous years. The kessons appear short, but most days they are supposed to complete an additional worksheet, bot in the main workbook. The lessons are challenging for him and occasionally the teaching box is short on help. We are sticking with it, but will definitely switch curriculum for algebra next year. I still give it 5 stars, but if we had not used Horizons, and I was new to homeschooling, I would not choose this. I cannot quite put my finger on it, but perhaps I feel like the spiral approach in this curriculum is not leaving enough time to master concepts. Overall, my son is advancing in his knowledge of mathematics and should be well prepared for algebra next year.
