These are a great replacement from the usual white hospital dispensed Ted stockings with the hole in the foot. XL fit perfectly for a male sized 10.5 wide shoe. Length is sufficient and eliminated the need to roll down the top. Black color is great, eliminating the need to pull a black sock over the typical ugly white medical sock. If only they had a proper brown offering, I would snap that up as well. Fit in the calf is great and the graduated compression makes these so much easier to put on. I have experienced a noticeable improvement in edema as these are a pleasure to wear.Very pleased with the price as well. These are very affordable.

I know this is for my health, but these are very stylish. Good quality material that goes so well with my usual work wear. They look that great. I don't feel cute when they show beneath my pants. Colours are true to what I saw on my screen. No ravelling. Seems are mostly comfortable. I am able to wear them with heels too. Bonus: warm enough for those high-ac places.I don't know what I expected from 20mmHg but I thought it would be tighter. Nonetheless, I have seen some benefits. My legs no longer swell as much when I sit at my desk for long periods. After a full day of work (walking around and/or sitting) when I get home, my legs and feet no longer ache as much, some days not at all. Bonus: Because I am wearing them, I make an effort to get up from the desk more often for stretches and walking around.Good packaging. Speedy delivery. No strange odours. Have survived a round of washing (machine) with colours and material intact.Recommended

After a total ankle replacement operation in March I needed to control the swelling in my lower right leg. As a result of the procedure I have two different size feet. It's a long recovery period. My foot would swell so much that I had to remove my shoe by noon every day. I used compression socks to control the swelling with very little success. Then, I saw these socks on-line and ordered them. Complete turn around. They fit perfectly. Stay up all day and control the swelling . These socks are fantastic. Don't intend any drama but, they shortened my recovery time and changed my life. A fantastic purchase.

Really like this brand, I started using compression socks while I was working on hard floor running back and forth at the plant. Bought some for my husand and son and they work great on them, just be sure to order the right size.

These are a good price, but I expected them to be a little tighter. They feel more like snug socks than compression ones. If you are looking for a tight fit, look for ones that are 30-40 mmHg, which means you might actually need professional (expensive) ones, rather than coming on Amazon looking for "good enough" ones.That being said, I do find these socks comfortable enough to wear all the time, and will probably use them for months before considering getting the medical grade ones my doctor actually wants me to get.

I like these socks the best for my 58 yr old feet. I have chronic venus insufficiency plus pain in my bones it feels like when I walk. I need to see a cardio vascular surgeon next. A dermatologist diagnosed me after a podiatrist, Rhumatologist, cardiovascular, neurologist could not. Finally a varicose vein dr said go to a dermatologist. I was like what? Wow how easy that would have been. I have bleeding under my skin too. These socks help the best for me so far. I hand wash them. They make it a bit more bearable to walk and stand enough so I can do more things than without them. I would buy again definitely. I wish they went up over my knees but I haven't found one like this that does go over the knee.

Fit is inconsistent. some too small some too large. plus the fancy designs make some areas tighter than others, leaving the design indented in legs.
