Enough coffee for everyone.
This coffee maker is very useful for large gatherings. It has 100-cup capacity and its own filter, it can be used to brew coffee from ground beans or to keep water hot for tea or hot chocolate. It has a bottom that indicates when the coffee is brewing and it changes color when it’s ready. I’m very happy with this purchase.

Poor workmanship. The gage on the front fell off immediately. Brewed coffee and it worked the first time, the second time it didn’t do anything. Very disappointed in the item. Spend the money on something better

Hard to Clean
Coffee stains stick to the interior like glue. Spent 30 minutes scrubbing after each use!

This coffee maker is great! It is a high capacity urn and great quality for the price. It is also attractive enough to have our for my events, and holds temp great for hours.

Hot chocolate
Best buy for my library’s polar express night. Dunkin donate hot chocolate for the event. Pouring from box is exhausting and messy. Filling and dispensing from an urn is fabulous. Less waiting for the kids and less pressure on me

We bought this to replace an old aluminum urn for our community hall. The dual spouts are a bit silly (they're so close together two people couldn't use it at the same time), but not intrusive. Makes good coffee in a reasonable amount of time. Nice shiny finish that we like.

Coffee Urns worked great up until 1 month ago and decided to stop working. The perking light comes on and off now and the 2 will not work.

Bought it new Keeps the water warm. Not actually hot. Because it keeps the water warm, it's the perfect environment for bacterial reproduction so in a few days, the water became so full of gunk, it gave my wife food poisoning and she had to be hospitalized. This company should be sued for everything. Can't even return it because I threw the box out. Do yourself a favor and don't buy it
