Extraordinary Things to Cut Out and Collage

This is actually the second one of this book I have bought. I find the images are excellent quality and inspirational. I use them mainly for collage. The paper is good quality and not too thin especially when using glues. Highly recommended

There are a lot of really useful images of all kinds of sizes in this book, and so many different subjects. The paper is thin but quality is really nice, and is magazine quality. So the prints look nice and clear on them.There is a nice section at the front of the book to talk about how to build up collages. And the thickness of of the book is really amazing. It's my favourite collage book. The number of images is honestly wonderful.

This is an excellent book which has hundreds of images to cut out and use for a highly imaginative collage. The overall quality of the images are good. As an added bonus the book has an introduction to collage, so if you're new to this artform the information provided is enough to get you started. When I started doing collage I bought too many books, and most of them had repetitive information or information that could be found on-line. Too much information can be confusing, but this book provides just the right amount. It also gives examples of collage and has a small section on famous collage artists, that also depicts some of their work. This is a great book and the best book that I have ever found on collage. The retail price is really good value, but as a bonus it is currently reduced. I highly recommend this book.

What a fantastic book. I’m so incredibly glad I bought it. This is a great book to start collaging. What I loved is that although the book is primarily made up of images to create your very own collages, it also details famous artists who have used collages in there own work as a form of inspiration. In the book she, also has examples of own work and some collages she has produced using images from the book, which is just brilliant if you are new to the art of collage, as you could use this as a practice exercise before creating your own surreal collages. It also shows you how you might go about the whole process if you really have no idea, step by step.I think the book is brilliant as an artist myself and I can’t wait for her to produce more.I could see my students buying this book for there art work and I will be highly recommending it. Well done.When’s the next one coming out??? 😂😂😂

I haven’t even started yet (it just arrived) and I am already thinking about ordering another! The paper seems good quality, the image quality is good and there is a large array of different subject matter. The book is thicker than I expected and there are a few collage examples at the front to inspire. Just what I was looking for! Excellent, thanks!The photos I am including show just a handful of the many pages. Some images towards the back of the book are large/background images. The images are only printed on one side of the page so there will be no wasting one image to use another (I always hate that). Nothing negative to say really, I hope they make more.Happy creating everyone!
