I Highly Recommend This Book!
I first stumbled upon the author by doing some googling, and I ended up on his website to get more information on and help with anxiety. He has a lot of info on the site, and the tone in which he writes is addictive. He has truly mastered a great mix of being informative, caring, and funny. That carries on to this book (and I'm sure all his others) as well. You can tell he has a very good understanding of anxiety, panic, and phobias, and I can guarantee you will relate to A LOT of what he says in the book.Even though the book was scheduled to be released today 2/2/2020...Amazon shipped it to me about a week ago. Thanks Amazon! Anyway, I've completely read the book and will re-read it again. The tips themselves are very helpful. I've been putting the advice to the test and so far it has drastically reduced my anxiety, and I am very thankful for that. Don't get me wrong though. I still have some exposure work to do, but I am more confident than I have ever been with my ability to kick the panic to the curb. This book has helped me tremendously. If you deal with anxiety, panic, and/or phobias then you will find what you are looking for with this book. Trust his advice, follow his advice, and set yourself free. It works!

Best book I have read for anxiety and panic
This is the first anxiety/panic book that I have ever read (I've read a few) where the author completely gets it. All other books that I have read have some part to them where I think “I’ll just have to ignore that part,” because either it doesn’t seem helpful, is negative without the author realizing it, or is just plain scary. This book is obviously the result of many years of successfully treating people with anxiety issues. It is even better than his previous book, “the worry trick.” Definitely worth your time.

More for panic attacks
This book is more directed for those with panic attacks and not so much for those with generalized anxiety.

Really useful book
Fantastic book and author. Really helpful and applicable advice. I bought his previous book, the worry trick and needed this follow up. I keep it by the side of my bed to help me when I’m anxious at night.
