Wonderful flavor!!! I love this nutritional yeast on potatoes popcorn on such a variety of foods. It has a Nutty flavor.

This nutritional yeast is one that I will continually buy. I add this to my popcorn and wow! It gives a wonderful buttery taste. Most of all, it is so nutritious!

Bragg is a trusted product that is always made with the finest quality ingredients. Serving health worldwide since 1912 as stated on the bottle. You will receive 4.5 oz. bottle. See attached pictures for size comparison. Great addition to any meal or side dish. It is salt, gluten, and sugar free. It has no egg, milk, wheat, corn, starch, soy, animal derivatives and no artificial colors or preservatives either. It did not have any MSG. I found it was a great seasoning for those on a healthier diet or if you have serious allergies. I did not notice any flavor difference compared to the highly salted or highly artificial ones. Serving size is one tablespoon and is 20 calories and 1g of dietary fiber. The price is reasonable so why not give it a try.The bottle has a shaker top (see attached picture) so you can replace your salt shaker with this. This bragg product will be on my amazon wish list always. I had a hard time finding bragg products in my small town. I found shopping on amazon from the comfort of my home an easy way to get anything I need for my home and even pantry! My new go to addition to my spice cabinet. The price is right and so worthy of giving it a try.

Decided to try this to cut calories when wanting to use cheese. This is so perfect. Tastes cheesy and salt, but very low sodium and calories and high in so many other nutrients. Can use it as a seasoning and a lot like cheese - Sprinkle on popcorn for a cheesy tasting popcorn, cook it in meals like a cheese (I mix it in after cooking) can be used in a breading, can be used in soups or stews. Really tasty and versatile!

Great flavor!

I was really surprised at how good Bragg Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is! I bought it for, well, extra nutrients I seem to not be getting (not vegan or vegetarian but just not a huge appetite and im a really picky eater). I put it over rice, pasta, vegetables, even bread! It has a nutty, cheesy flavor i find hard to describe but it's really GOOD! As this is nutritional yeast, no it cannot make you sick. First question i asked when I heard about it. If you're reluctant to try it think of it as just another seasoning! If *i* like it, you'll love it!

It is easy to use on food as needed.
