Good Stuff
It does give you the tingles if you double dose it, but it works great for what it's suppose to work for. Value for the money as far as mg to grams can't be beat. No side effects slight tingling. If you are working out sip during the workout less tingles. Very effective, no fillers no b.s. just straight up beta alanine. I took it a couple times at work and it kicked my but into high gear for a few hours, and ultimately yes I would buy again. Sorry don't do pics much.

Good product
It works, gives you a very itchy sensation but that's a side effect I think. Smells and tastes good, good texture.

Science claims it works, N=1 result also says it works.
After reading about 20 scientific papers demonstrating the benefits of Beta-Alanine in the form of Carnosyn, I decided to give it a try. According to the research I've done, the benefits of ~4-6 g/day over 2 or 3 doses takes about 4 weeks to realize. I started In Feb, and was pretty strict about taking 2g doses after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Combining this with a HIIT routine, I've set new power records at 2,3,5 minutes that I've not reached before. It's hard to separate the effects between this and the training, because they can't be independently tested on a single person, but I do feel that it has helped in the way the research has shown - improvements in short term aerobic intensities longer than 1 minute, and less than 5 minutes.Pubmed has many free articles that you can read for yourself. For reference, search "Role of Beta-Alanine Supplementation on MuscleCarnosine and Exercise Performance". There are many like it, and you should read them as far as you're capable to understand how it works. I bought the 200g container because most studies only go up to 4-6 weeks, which works out to about 6g a day for a male of ~160 lbs. The studies tout a claim that the built up effects last for about 9 weeks before the body re-normalizes to its pre-supplementation state, so time your intake appropriately.
