pros. Relieves pain an prevents muscle spasms in my right leg that has permanent damage due to M.S. Keeps me able to work a job where i am on my feet almost 10 hours a day. My Dr. told me to try a compression sleeve and see if it helped and it definitely made a difference. cons. over time and use this will start to slide down your leg, it has rubber around the inside top and bottom to help prevent it, but it only works for a few months before it will start to slide down your leg. This is the 5th brand i have tried and by far the best in this price range. It comes with 2 in the box and last me about 6 months, oh and 1 other thing don't try washing them and throwing them in the dryer to shrink them to get them to stop sliding down your leg as they get old. follow the washing instructions on the box, it will save you a big mess, just get a new pair when they wear out.

(Updated) Sooooo I didn’t expect these to be so comfortable, I even sized down to get tighter compression (I’m using these to trim down my thighs while also protecting my hamstrings) and they are so fantastic. It keeps my knees soft, and they activate my hamstrings safely, even just walking is way easier with these. My only problem is that I want to wear them all day every day not just when I’m working out 😂 UPDATE: I tried them both over and under my workout pants, under the pants they stayed up RELENTLESSLY. I walked to the gym, did 20 minutes of uphill walking on the treadmill, did an hour of leg targeted weight lifting, and then walked home. I didn’t adjust these ONCE. Over the pants wasn’t quite as much of a revelation. They looked much more natural, I didn’t get as many strange looks (keep in mind that I sized DOWN so my legs kinda look like pressed ham with these on), but the top kept rolling down and I found myself adjusting them often. No problem, I’ll just wear them under the pants from now on. Still 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased the Thigh Compression Sleeve to support my thighs during my morning walks, as I often experience discomfort after just a short distance. After using it for a month, here are my thoughts. When choosing your size, I recommend going a bit larger than a perfect fit, especially for thighs or legs. Over time, the material will stretch, so sizing up slightly will ensure it remains effective and comfortable. The sleeve does provide support, but the material is thick. If you wear it in hot weather, it can quickly become uncomfortable as your skin struggles to breathe. As for cleaning, I avoid using a washing machine or dryer. Instead, I hand wash it to preserve the material. However, even with careful cleaning, the fabric does start to show signs of wear, like pilling. Overall, this compression sleeve is suitable for light support. If you’re looking for something for high-intensity activities, you might want to consider other options.

I am liking the thigh support for a varicose vein.

This is a definite miss. The upper elastic is not wide enough to be useful. It rolls over like a cheap stocking at the top or the skinny elastic waste on a pair of women's tights. It just rolls even though it has a zig zag nonslip rubber strip. It is a thick narrow band at the top. The band is not at the bottom which is smooth. Had they made the top the same, it would have worked. I can't figure out the need for the rubber since it is supposed to be a compression sleeve. An elastic velcro band would have been better too. My legs are average build and proportionate, not too muscular. The top elastic band when not moving is far tighter than the leg band and feels like a tourniquet when it is not rolling down. I am a 5'6" woman and they are a little long in length.
