BUZZAROUND EX Extreme 4-Wheel Heavy Duty Long Range Travel Scooter (20-Inch Seat, Purple)

We purchased this to enable my wife to enjoy family vacations and normal shopping. We have only used it once for about 6 hours at Sea World. It had plenty of scoot and she wore me out trying to keep up. The battery monitor still showed all lights so no idea how much longer we could have gone nor how fast the battery depletes once that first green light goes out. It charged back up in about 2 hours after that use. She liked the comfort that the coil spring suspension provided and she appreciated the larger seat that we added. I appreciated that it broke down into so many pieces to loading and unloading.A couple of points to really consider:#1--I was surprised at how large the boxed product was. I guess I should not have been, but I was. I used a two-wheeled dolly to get ours into the house as there was no other way for me to move it on my own. So, you will need human or mechanical assistance to move this off your sidewalk where the freight carrier leaves it.#2--It does have a long turn radius. This would be a tough go inside your home unless it is large with minimal furniture.#3--There could be a little more leg room. That would, however, require a design change of the tiller that would create other problems for an ECV of this size.Overall, we like it based on our brief use. But I expect it to get much more as the summer progresses.

Didn’t have keys in box , but issue solved immmediately, and courteously

Scooter was 5 days later. Received red and blue shrouds instead of the purple that I ordered. But the scooter is great. Stops and starts well. Great steering. My 10 year old assembled it for me. I am so happy to have it.

I've only used this so far for buzzing around the hospital. It's pretty zippy and super comfortable. The basket is really roomy. It fits in the back of my 2019 Ford Escape. It turns wonderfully. My inseam is 34" and I have plenty of leg room.I ordered this and got it 2 weeks sooner than expected (in December!). I ordered the purple and got the red, but I didn't bother with returning it.

Love it rides like a dream

I was looking for a scooter that I could use around our country home - this one is great - has enough power to do our (relatively shallow) slopes and enough clearance to get over lumpy ground. The scooter was shipped right away and arrived in good shape. My only complaints have to do with the paperwork that came with the scooter. Nowhere in the paperwork was SpinLife Wheelchairs (the seller) identified as the person to call if you have questions. This meant that I wasted 1/2 hour trying to get help from the manufacturer. It would be very easy for SpinLife to include a piece of paper with the customer service phone number on it. The reason I needed help was that I could not get the seat to lock into place - it just swiveled freely. When I finally reached the tech person at SpinLife, he told me you have to keep the swivel lever pulled up when you install the seat or it won't lock into place. The assembly instructions need to be changed to tell customers that. In addition, the battery instructions should be changed to make it clear you can't leave the scooter plugged in the whole time it is not in use without damaging the battery. If I hadn't asked that question, I'd have left it plugged in all the time because the battery instruction manual says it is a "fully automatic" charger, which I assumed meant it would turn itself off when the battery was fully charged.

Nice but the turning radius isn't very good. The horn is a joke. Other than that I like it.
