I was once ashamed of my husband’s truck!
I just installed these on my husband’s old 2005 ram 2500, let me just say, I don’t understand why these don’t have a higher rating than 4.5. The fit was perfect. If you do the due diligence there is no reason for anything less! These were delivered within three days, and the hardest part of installation was the temperature outside! It was a scorching day but honestly I loved every minute of it. While I am no mechanic or hardly handy except for my usual household operations and child rearing I found these to be straight forward to install. They made my husbands truck look so much better and tough to boot! The covered the common rot most ram trucks acquire above the rear wheel wells. This is just an old work truck and before I did this, I was embarrassed for anyone to see it parked in our driveway because of how ugly it was! I begged my husband to just let go, we could afford to replace it. But NO, he wasn’t having it. There is some near childlike blanky attachment he has with this truck. So this was my last resort and I’m so glad it turned out! What a great product! The longest part about the entire project was putting the decorative screw/bolts on all four of the flairs. I just went thru first thing and hand tightened each one then used a cordless drill/driver thingy to quickly tighten them up. The other thing that took a bit of time was the rubber gasket/seal, you have to be careful when installing it or if you peel the sticky backing off too quickly before having it in place securely the gasket can stick to itself making it a pain but it’s easy to correct. Overall I was worried I’d be over my head doing this, but in one afternoon I made my husbands truck look new again! He was indifferent about the results, but I feel better about seeing it parked in our driveway and the ugly is gone about it! All in all this is an amazing product and it looks great! Don’t hesitate if you have an ugly truck! Do something about it! Great price point too!

Love the look, perfect fit.
Packaged well, no defects, easy to read and understand instructions. Bolted right up to my 2003 Ram 2500 with no trimming or modifications required and was able to still use my mud flaps. Would recommend.

Overall, I like them.
Overall, I like them. I bought them for my 2004 Ram 1500 4x4. The render fenders were ate up with rust pretty bad, right over the tires (years of driving on snowy roads with salt, etc. I Bondo’d it up and it turned out okay. I put the covers on to help hide my amateur job. 🙂. They were VERY easy to install and look good. The only problem is that the fender flares on the back don’t fit flat. Probably due to my Bondo work. The front fit perfectly. If you have any sort of emblem (Inhad two “Hemi” stickers that were in the way. “Goo Gone” got them off easy. The fender flares scratch pretty easy. Not very durable in that respect. That said…for the price, you can’t go wrong. I’d buy them again.

Should have done this years ago!
Have had them on for about a month now, and they still look great! Definitely make the bed look better, not perfect but way better, covering the common rust issue! Wish I'd have found these a long time ago before it got as bad as it did! Had to take off the mud flaps and the "Hemi" badge but other than that was super easy it install! Truck looks good!

2006 1500 TRX4 Off-Road perfect fit
So I originally ordered a similarly priced set from another brand that starts with a D that were supposed to fit this truck. Those were a joke. The rubber trim on those was horrible, then they didn’t line up at all. The front ones were so wide that even if they did fit, the door wouldn’t have opened. Returned those and took a chance with these. These seemed to have clearer instructions along with an install video right on their website. The rubber trim was simple to install on these. They lined up and fit perfect. I did have to relocate the Hemi badges, but that’s no big deal. I did not use the hardware included. For the front fenders I used the 3 factory screws that were already on the truck, then just used a couple of my own self taping screws with washers. I didn’t like the included clips, and anyone who has tried to use self taping screws that come with any kits knows how useless those are. For the rear I used the two factory screws I took out along with a couple self tappers again. I did use the two expanding fasteners as shown in the instructions. All in all, very happy for the price. Took only about an half an hour to actually install. That included removing the badges and everything. I did spend maybe 30 minutes the day prior installing the rubber trim and the rivets, but I just did that in my house at night while watching tv.

Perfect fit
They were easy to install. Prep work took the longest one that was done it only took about 15 min per fender. I used 8 self starting screws instead of the clips. Took care of the small gaps between flare and the truck. Screwed them to the lip in the fender well. Covered the fender rust very nicely. In my opinion they look great. Good quality product.

Okay for the price
Fender flares look good on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 5.7L and fit as they should, however just know that you will have to manually install the weather stripping as well as the “studs” which are completely just for looks and have no functionality at all for this piece. Also, for anyone with a 2004-2006 dodge ram 5.7L, you will have to remove the HEMI emblem on both sides to make the front fender flares fit, not a huge deal but just an extra step in the process. Install took a bit longer than other fender flares I have done but in all it wasn’t too bad.

Bought this kit for my 04 ram 2500, kit looked excellent out of the box and instructions were clear and simple. Anyone wondering about these flares let me tell you, fit was incredible not trimming or anything on the flares themselves. Did have to remove the Cummins logo but they were going to get removed anyway. Putting them on was very quick and easy with an extra set of hands it was on in about 2 hrs. Would recommend this product to anyone looking for flares. A fraction of the cost of bushwackers but same great look.

Really good kit, very minor modifications to fit them up properly. Took about 3 hours. Threw fender clips in the garbage, junk. Used all my own hardware as the stuff it comes with sucks. I’m going to have to look at offset wheels as the flares stick out really far for stock wheels. Looks kinda goofy. Overall a good kit.

The matte textured finish was not a problem to paint with the pearl tricoat that was used to match my truck. The flares did not require trimming as some other reviews mentioned, they just were not putting any effort into pushing the flares tight against the truck. Mounting would be easier with 2 people. One person to push the flares tight while the other screws them in from the wheel well. But I was able to do it alone, it was not difficult. It took me about 4 hours total including mounting the rubber and fake bolts. 2 people could get it done in 2 hours easy.
