Q: I am going to try this but need to know if I must purchase the fiberhold spray too? Or can I use just the toppik by itself?

Hi Terri, To tell you the truth I didn't even know there was a fiberhold spray and I don't think it's needed. My dermatologist just sprinkled it on my thinning part one day. Once I sprinkle Toppik on my head it stays ALL day and night, and typically the next day. Wind, or running your fingers through your hair will not affect it either. And then it just washes right out. You're talking about the bulb that you screw on top and then press to expel the stuff? I think it fits everything except for the tiny sample bottle. It really works well. PS: I got mine off Ebay for a lot less because I thought it was so overpriced. Hope this is okay to say :>)

You can put some amount in a small container and use and use un small shadow brush to apply the amount you need.
