Solid tarp!
Great tarp! Very versatile. I used it in cold weather and warm weather. Setup in several configurations and it did not disappoint in any setup. This is a great 10x10 tarp. Camo pattern is nice too.

Quality value and innovation all around great tarp
The Bear Hard tarp in my initial inspection and review seems like it hits all the notes. I especially like the inner reflective surface a feature my more expensive brand name tarp does not offer. This could be a life saver on colder weather as it would reflect heat back from a fire built in front of the tarp(in a safe manner)! Also the UV resistant coating and 3000pu waterproofing is awesome. I like that it comes with stakes guy lines and carry bag. It has many tie out points and reinforced Grommets as well. I posted this review because the camo picture looks like a non descriptive camo and it’s hard to tell if it’s useful but the tarp I received has a generic looking woodland based camo not high design but perfect for northeastern and woodland forest environments. it actually will blend in quite well in most environments the backs are there and not that animals care but it’s not and ugly pattern to look at. Bear Hard seems to be the type of company making outdoor gear that cares and provides vale and dies the little things right. It does not matter what you pay if something is garbage or does not do it’s job in the field. Bear Hard made a good product at a good value that with the stakes, uv coating, and reflective inner surface ups the tarp game and provides a better product value that just may do a better job in a real shelter need of keeping you warm. Dry and alive. Do me a favor support them but leave me some in stock in case I need another.lol!

Does it's job well (ugly as sin though)
So, to start. It has all the tie out points you could need, it has a reinforced center line with tie outs, it has the reflective inside, it feels like reasonably rugged material. My complaints are, it is absolutely not 10x10, it is shorter than that but sadly most 10x10 tarps are. The camo pattern is also hideous, it looks cheap and lazy. It's the same 6"×6" pattern over and over to the point that it actually stands out instead of blending in. I've used it a few times over my hammock and it has been bone dry inside every time. So it does exactly what it should as it should, it's just ugly.

Durability and weight are awesome!
For such a massive tarp to weigh as little as it does and be as strong as it is for the material being so thin, is absolutely amazing! I I chose a lighter color for summer to reflect more heat and with the coating it has it sure Works amazing for keeping sun off of you and not getting hot.100% waterproof so far, compact for a 10×10 and tough as heck for such lightweight tarp, I love it and will be purchasing more in the future! For the price it worth getting a few haven't had it in high winds yet we Wil see.

A Company that stands behind their products.
The Bearhard tarp I received (Grey) had a manufacturer defect and was missing a buckle on the corner. The packaging that came with the tarp had a card with their support email for any issues. Within 45 minutes of sending an email to their company, Lynn from BearHard wrote me and quickly worked to resolve the issue with the product I received. Within a day and half, I had a new tarp. The tarp itself is durable with a reflective inner lining which is excellent for reflecting heat back to you. I purchased the 10 x 10 tarp and it is more than sufficient to handle any needs I want to use it for. A tarp is a great item to have with you when going out for a day hike or any backwoods adventure. You never know when the day hike might turn into an impromptu camping or survival trip. Coupled with some Nite Ize Aluminum CamJams and 550 cord, you can have a shelter in minutes. I like great products, but more so, I like the companies that stand behind the products they sell and Bear Hard does just that.

Terrific design and construction
Just took this on our overnight camping trip in MI. Used it to serve as an awning on our tent's main entrance as it doesn't have any rain cover over the main door. Easily integrated into our tent's construction elements by looping in straps, guylines, and other features into the tarp's built-in loops. The aluminum stakes, while rather easily bendable, served to hold the tarp in place during a recent rain storm. I noticed the reflective underside as we were using it, so I'm considering moving this tarp to my get-home bag as a passive thermal barrier.

Worth the money
The media could not be loaded. That being said it's somewhat expendable. All the stitching and seam seal is probably the best quality I've seen on any tent or tarp.I'm sure it will last longer than I expect. There's mores stakes than you need found the two that had the most aluminum and kept those.I took it out and made it a shoulder width roll I use the camo bag for stakes and other hardware.
