Hyperkin HDTV Cable for Saturn

Crisp clear picture and audio through a single cable. This cable will do the job until a HDMI solution comes out for this console. I have had no issues with it and own several other cables in this brand of cables.

Please do not buy! I bought this Hyperkin HDTV Cable for my sega saturn as I wanted a cheap solution to get hdmi onto classic consoles. This cable was easy when I first got it, as I was able to play, but after some time the sound starts to fail and makes a scratchy noise like its gonna explode or something. I thought it was my sega saturn first as it is old, but then i got tried it on another sega saturn and was getting the same issues. Seems the sound chip starts to fail and unable to work anymore. I should of went with a little more money and get a good quality cable like Rad2X... looking for one currently.

I had faith in this product and sure enough it did deliver, highly recommend either this or the Pound version if you happen to have a mClassic, not the best picture you can get but if you just want a decent picture coming out of your Sega Saturn without jumping through hoops or don't wanna spend that much than I would say this product is for you. Although I'd highly recommend that you get a HDMI switch box and plug a mClassic through the output to really get the results, this version has the HDMI cord built into it so unless you got a switch box you're not gonna get the best out of this product without it but still alone it is pretty decent for the quality as well as the price.

This works great out of the box. Next to no lag that I could see on my TV. Made my saturn look the way it should on a HD TV.

Right out of the box, there was distortion in the picture. And wavy lines, I'm surprised it didn't damage my Saturn. Unfortunately, finding a good HDMI adapter for the Sega Saturn isn't easy these days.

No sound at all. Have USB connection for power with different adapters. Sometimes video doesn't work and has weird signal... This is too bad....I have reverted back to an S-Video adaptor that I bought for the Sega Saturn from Japan.

I used to connect my Saturn with an S-Video cable, but my current TV does not have an S-Video input. After trying some other adapter options, Hyperkin (who've I've used their products previously and was very pleased with) released just what I needed, a sturdy and reliable HDMI option for one of my favorite systems. Picture and sound are very impressive and my Saturn games have never looked better. Highly recommended.

Product stopped working after 20 days. Sound started to go out until it finally stop working. Now I get the video on screen and no sound. Stay away
