Multi-functional product
Fun for all kids! It is made of thick cardboard and appear sturdy. It is easy to stack and the cars add a nice touch. Since it nestles together, it is easy to store. The colors are bright, appealing and inviting to children. I have used it in therapy several times and they have enjoyed it. You can target, size, colors, numbers, and positional words and more! Great product, worth the price.

Favorite Toy
I purchased this car and garage set for my grandson when he was 2 1/2. It was his favorite toy for a long time. The garages eventually break down (even after being repaired with tape) so I purchased his 1 year old brother a new set for his birthday. This set is fun and helpful for learning colors and numbers. The garages are made out of cardboard and are well made and sturdy however after time and stacking and knocking down over and over again the garages begin to break down. The cars are sturdy and have been through the same play and are still in good shape. We have enjoyed playing with this set with our grandsons and would recommend it. You just need to take a little care with the garages.

Great play value
This is a great toy with lots of play value; my 18-month-old is just starting to really enjoy it. We mostly talk about colors and I encourage her to match the car to the same color garage. We also talk about shapes (square garage, circles on top, rectangular bricks). She's working on hand-eye-coordination when she drives the cars into the garages - the small purple one is trickier than you might think! The cardboard garages are pretty sturdy but knock over easily when you try to build a tower. They do nest nicely, which is nice for storage. My only complaint is that there are 2 green garages. Couldn't it be another color - pink, brown, black, white? It's hard to explain light green vs dark green to an 18-month-old.

I found this toy by accident but am sooooo happy that I did
By profession I am a Certified early intervention specialist and work with children from birth to 3 years old with developmental delays and disabilities. I found this toy by accident but am sooooo happy that I did. This to is a great motivator for boys and girls alike ranging from 12 months to 3yrs. Stacking the blocks is a great way to work on fine motor skills and counting. Having the kids match the cars to the garage works on number identification and color matching. The kids also work on impulse control and practicing waiting to knock the tower over. This toy is made well with wooden cars that withstand lots of crashing and thick cardboard boxes that can withstands and 2 year olds CRASH. This is a great buy and very versatile for clinicians and parents alike.

Need improvement, but great toy overall
Our daughter 1,5 yo really likes this toy. However, it is very confusing for her when she tries to make a tower and put the cars in according to the color. This is because when you look at the tower from the front, you see the "floor" of each garage, which is a roof of garage below. Thus, you orange garage, for example, gets red floor. So the kid puts a car on the floor according to the floor color, and, of course, she can't complete the set because it's not how the cars are supposed to go in. She gets very confused. Maybe older kids wouldn't have that issue though since they can also orient by numbers.

Interactive cars and garages
Our grandson loves these and plays daily with them as I rearrange stack etc and watch him have independent play. Lots of learning skills while having fun.

Great Find!
I bought this as a Christmas Gift for my 3 y/o sister who already knows colors and how to count. I am able to help her distinguish numbers and to match them from the number on the car to the box. It has cars on the back of the boxes to count with as well as colors. On the car it also has the number spelled out to practice reading. All around good toy for beginner and advanced toddlers for it adds playtime and vocabulary/reading and other skills. The only problem is the material.. my sister has dented one already but I also understand they cannot me too hard :)
