These rollers work great. They take off the calluses off your heels. I wear flip-flops a lot, so they make my heels, rough, and these rollers do the job. I would recommend.

For me the blue roller was perfectly fine, i bought these to see if it would make a difference and i think that from mow on, i will stick with the blue roller. This roller is too coarse and i don't feel it's necessary to obtain good results even for a man like me with calluses. The blue roller is enough and does the job ok.

I get monthly pedicures but I use the Emjoi tool in between to help remove my tough calluses. It is easy to use, does not hurt and helps me to walk without pain. The replacement rollers on Amazon are a great price. They work out to be $ 3.25 per roller in a four pack and that lasts me a year.
