Great Product
I have a thumb drive with over 2200 pictures. I also had another manufactures frame that was ok (sort of) My new Aluratek Frame is awesome by comparison. The old frame never had the great resolution my new one does. It was starting to get worse, and I feared it had destroyed my thumb drive. Out of the box at 1/2 the price of my old frame the Aluratek had superior resolution, color and performance than the old one when it was new. I usually do not respond to surveys unless the product beats expectation. Kudos!

Great simple frame without all the bells and whistles and at a great price.
I was looking for a digital picture frame as a gift for a senior. Wanted the "traditional" 4:3 aspect ratio, no touchscreen, no Wifi, simple to set up and use, and with a wood frame. This was one of very few frames I could find that fit the bill, and I was leery about buying it after reading some of the less than stellar reviews. But for the price I thought I would give it a try. The frame arrived packaged well and in excellent condition. No instructions needed, as the on-screen instructions are self-explanatory with intuitive navigation. It has all the cropping and image quality settings necessary to make your photos look their best whatever their size. And a wide selection of creative transition effects for slideshow mode. It also has time and date and an auto on/off timer, which is not advertised. I had no problem configuring photo stores on either a USB flash drive or SD card. Some photos that were very large or saved in a strange format did not display properly, but reducing their size and/or resaving in JPG solved those problems. Overall very happy with the purchase so far. It will make a great gift!

Simple and easy to use.
I purchased a digital picture frame (Model ADPFD07F) for my mother. My review is as follows:- Easy to setup with a simple design.- Frame quality is great- Resolution isn't great for some pictures.- Would like a different way to upload pictures. A shared source for multiple to upload would be preferred.

Great quality and attractive product for the price
The distressed-wood border on this frame is quite attractive, looks indeed like distressed wood. Picture quality in the display is good. Delivery was fast, the frame was very well packaged. I would certainly recommend this product. The instructions that come with the frame are too sketchy to cover more than basic-startup concerns and issues. But the online instructions are very thorough and very helpful. I got good advice there about reducing the size of my images before loading them onto my flash drive. (You can also use a SD/SDHC/SDXC card, if you prefer. In any case, you need either the card or the flash drive to remain in the frame in order to provide the photos for the display.) In my case, this will be a flash drive totally dedicated to the frame (pop it out, load more photos from the PC, pop it back in).My model does not have the touch-screen option, so no comments here on that feature.I’m displaying landscape photos (in a home office), so anything shot in portrait mode gets badly distorted. The frame can also be placed (sits on a desk or can hang on a wall) to display portrait without distortion, if that’s your preference instead of landscape. The quality of the display is quite good, capturing the colors pretty much as they appear in the originals. If you look at the display at too much of an angle, the image fades a good bit. But the display angle for full colors is pretty wide. It’s a good display frame for photos, and you really can’t beat this price.

Not an IPS Panel - It's TN (Terrible Viewing Angles)
After turning it on and checking out the screen. I'll be returning this immediately. In Short: Absolutely not worth buying the 13.3" model, this is not an IPS screen, but a TN panel with horrible viewing angles. I can't speak on the other sizes, nor can I compare this to similarly priced Wifi Picture Frames.Upon initial setup, I was underwhelmed, picture quality, and colors were decent, but turning screen left and right to check viewing angles really started to desaturate the picture and make it appear washed out. IPS screens are generally very good at keeping a decent picture at any viewing angle. I thought perhaps this is just a very cheap IPS screen, but this wasn't the case.I had decided to stand the physical frame up in portrait mode, since a majority of picture we'd be sending to device would be from a phone. As soon as I did this, and looked at the viewing angles I immediately noticed that this was not an IPS panel, but a TN panel. The viewing angle from this orientation is so poor it's practically unusable. This product page says multiple times that is an IPS panel, one of the main reasons I was comfortable with initially making this purchase. Well now I'm very disappointed.I know not everyone is well versed in LCD screen panel technology. So I included a couple examples in it's portait orientation, as well as an example of discoloration seen in IPS vs TN panels. It's blatantly obvious we are dealing with a TN panel. To verify this, I checked the panel my frame came with an: LG LP133WX3-TLA5.Only to find out that YES, it is a TN panel. If you leave this on its side, and have a room that won't be showing the screen at particularly wide viewing angles, the picture quality is perfectly serviceable for most people. The simple Fact they plaster all over that the screen is IPS (generally great viewing angles), but instead the panel is TN (Terrible viewing angles). I couldn't really recommend anyone buy a product that is misinforming its customers, even if most of them wouldn't notice.
