Very convenient and reliable
I haven’t had this product for very long, and I don’t like to leave a review on items that I haven’t had for very long. I like to spend time with my purchase and write about all the pros along with the cons; but I am impressed with it so much I felt I should leave a review already. This is an excellent battery. I haven’t seen anything like it in its category. I bought 4 power banks to try, I’ve returned two of them already. I have kept this one and the wireless Anker battery. What drew me to this power bank was the docking feature and the wireless charging capability. You can charge your device with this power bank wirelessly(or wired if you prefer) and you can charge the power bank itself wirelessly via the dock. You can also choose to charge it wired with USB C if you are away from the dock. But that’s really cool, you put the power bank into the dock and it charges wirelessly, and then you can place your phone on the dock as well, resting against the power bank, and it charges your phone at the same time. I am unsure if it charges both at the same time, or if power just goes straight through the power bank and to the phone first. I want to say it charges both at the same time, with the power bank taking longer to reach a complete charge. It has a nice slick feel to it. Kind of like suede.I use my Anker power bank while I am at work, I keep it in a pocket of my lunch bag. I use the RapidX power bank when I am going somewhere else that isn’t work for every day carry in my pocket. With the no wires charging, it is easy to just take it off the dock along with my phone and go where ever I am headed. The power bank itself is around the same length as an iPhone 12 Pro, though it is a little thicker and just barely a little wider. It charges my iPhone 12 Pro about two times before the power bank runs out of power. It takes quite a while to charge. I do not know how long exactly, I haven’t timed it accurately, but I feel like it takes about 4-6hrs to charge completely. That’s for recharging the power bank. The amount of time it takes to charge my iPhone 12 Pro is about 30% after 15mins charging on the power bank wirelessly. Very good charging speed. This is a convenient and easy to use little device. I think you will be happy if you decide to buy this power bank. Again the wireless charging via dock is just amazing and makes the power bank even more convenient.

Excellent idea of a wireless charger/backup battery combo
What's not to like? I used to have a wireless charger and a separate backup battery for my phone. Now I have both in one unit. I like that you can just put the battery on the cradle to charge it, while charging the phone at the same time. No more cords to fiddle with. I find it surprising that few other manufacturers adopt this idea. It's innovative and super convenient. Some other reviewers mention that it does not charge consistently. I think it's due to the battery not sitting in the cradle properly, leading to the battery being drained after a few charges. I have had that happen a couple of times. I think maybe the battery could also be designed so that it's charged wirelessly as well.

Great for a few years, base won't work now
This charger is super fast and has been amazing for quite a few years but now the base won't charge my power block so that is pretty inconvenient. When I can get it to take a charge it still will charge my phone fast but it's not consistent anymore.

Very good
It cheap, tuff, good power, and love how it has all three USB port, C-type port, and wireless charging

Excited, but not good for the iPhone 12 Pro Max
I would like to start out my saying that I think this is an amazing idea - I LOVE the fact that my charging station could turn into a portable charger that is pretty much always charged. Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to love this specific product, it did not work in execution for me - though this could be due to 2 things: I bought I “like new” item from Amazon (it was supposed to work fine but I am not entirely sure that it wasn’t defective) and second, I am using it on an iPhone 12 Pro Max - a very large phone that might not be suited to the form of this charger. Maybe if I had bought a new item or had a smaller phone I would have had better luck.My main problem with this device was that it was very difficult to find the “sweet spot” to get it to charge wirelessly while on the stand. I had to very carefully and slowly move my phone side to side to find it and then make sure it wasn’t disconnecting a moment later (I usually had to try at least twice to get it right before “peacefully” falling asleep). The second main concern was that after taking it with me out one day (testing out the portable charger capability) I was not recharging properly on the stand once I got home and then had to add making sure the device was on while I tried to balance my phone on it to find that charging sweet spot.I actually had no problem with the lights being too bright in it (though my bed is taller than my nightstand) and am mainly disappointed in it because it makes charging my phone MUCH more complicated and more of a hassle than it should be.If you have an iphone that is MagSafe compatible I strongly recommend you get another wireless charger that is as well because this was a total fail for me.
