Great machine, very little downside - bought for home use.
I bought this for my boyfriend, and as it is not mine, and I am reviewing this with his opinions. He gives it 4.5 stars. He loves everything about it, except:- the amount of time it takes to heat up. However, he specifically wanted an OfficePro for home use so that it had a larger reservoir and could do cup after cup. As a result, this was not something that would be unexpected for him, just something he didn't like.- the noise. He finds it to be a bit noisy (although I think it's the same as any other similar system). The reasons he bought it:- "It will do a lot more coffee, a lot faster," and it's true. He's a bit of a caffeine addict, so this was a huge bonus for him in a home setting. In a setting where there are more people - like an office, this is a must.- Easy to change sizes. As you can see from the photo, it's a selection knob that goes from 6 to 10 oz, with the tray that white mug is sitting on pulling out for taller mugs. It really is quite easy to use compared to my mom's with the LCD display (I'm only 30 and the LCD one I found a bit confusing. I wonder how she manages.)My opinion as a guest who has used it: It's super easy to use. It was fairly intuitive and was something that I look forward to using when I go to his house. Just to make sure that neither he or any guests forgets, he put a label "bottled water only" on the reservoir (they have extremely hard water), as to ensure the longevity of the investment. Both he and I are happy with the purchase, and would recommend it.I've also dealt with Keurig customer service, and it is EXCELLENT! I also prefer the old machine to the 2.0 because you don't have to use just the Keurig brand K cups.

Expensive but the quality is worth it
The original that I bought 4 years ago started having issues, heater wasn’t working, descale light kept turning on, etc. it was too expensive to replace with the same model so I bought a cheaper one. Cheaper in every description of the word. It was all plastic, even the needle. I don’t expect it to last one year, most likely 6 months. I wasn’t looking for a disposable coffee maker So the day after I received it I ordered this one because it’s worth every penny. Most of it is stainless steel, it’s very heavy, well built and I know it to last a long time. Even if it is a Keurig, there are vast differences in the quality of their models.

Makes good coffee, a bit more convenient and faster than Mr. Coffee, but NOT a must have item.
I was on the fence for a long time about whether to get one of these brewing system. I am the only coffee drinker in the house and for the most part, get my coffee on the road in the morning. But I decided, despite the high cost, it might be nice to have the convenience of brewing a fresh cup on demand. The coffee is not any better than what I made with Mr. Coffee, (when fresh brewed of course), and I don't like that the largest cup size is 10 ounces. I like a mug of coffee, particularly if I'm taking it to go, and wish it could brew 16 ounces at a time. As it is, I run the brew through twice, once at 10 ounce and once at 6 ounce and because I drink it black, it's OK. Again, for my taste, the coffee is good, (not fantastic), comes out nice and hot and a relatively fast brew. The pump is a bit noisy and it does take a minute to heat up the water when first turned on. I chose the office model because I thought it would be more reliable, but it does seem like it's going to take a bit more preventative maintenance to keep it working. There are many different coffee flavor choices and I'm not crazy about having so many. I haven't figured out what I'm going to end up with, but I like the same coffee in the morning, so I hope I can narrow it down to a few and not have to purchase all these different flavors as part of a "sampler". To summarize, I put Mr. Coffee on the shelf because there are still times I may want to brew a pot of coffee. I'm not sold on this system and frankly, if it breaks I'd be just as happy pulling old Mr. Coffee back out. It managed to brew the right amount of coffee quickly, almost as easily and just as tasty so long as it didn't sit around for any length of time. Sometimes, fancier, trendier and expensive isn't better.

You WILL Like It!
My only problem with this product is the environmental one. Too much unrecyclable waste. I have found 90 percent recyclable K-cups, but that limits your options. That said, and putting my guilty conscience aside for the moment, I have never experienced such a high-quality brew . . . nor such a speedy one. Speaking of the environment: I no longer waste any coffee . . . which should count for something. I used to always brew a full pot with my Cuisinart Grind and Brew, but sometimes I didn't drink it all, so it went down the drain. The Keurig works perfectly, the coffee is excellent, and I brew one flavorful cup at a time. If I want another cup . . . NO PROBLEM. No wonder these things are so popular. Also, I have no problem with the minor noise factor . . . especially since it is of so short duration. I'd give it 5 stars, were it not for the K-cup disposal issue. Come on, coffee producers, fix this on a big scale, as some of you have already done on a small scale. (Incidentally, the 90 percent recyclable K-cups worked well and produced excellent coffee--the problem is WHERE do I find them again, and WHAT are my choices as to flavor and caf vs decaf?
