Great product
These appear very well made. Spring tension is nicely adjustable. Comes with stainless steel screws -Other reviewers complained about this but it's actually the best choice due to the corrosion resistance they provide. Preferable to using coated screws on solid brass fitting.

best latch in the world
We had this latch before, but it finally broke after 8 years. Ordered these, after struggling with a different latch. Only one problem (for us) is they changed the dimensions of the parts and the old holes wouldn't work, but made new holes for the screws and everything is great again.

Works great!
I bought this for a cabinet door that wouldn't stay fully closed. It was easy to install and works great! I like the fact that it pulls the door in flush with the cabinet frame. This is a cabinet door for the indoor portion of the AC unit, so the door has to be flush with the frame to prevent air leaking around the door. Now I have no more air leaks around the door. It's also strong enough that my 2 year old grand daughter can't pull the door open.

siper finicky to install, has to be perfect
you can install sideway or dead on but you have to make then perfectly line up or they will not connect, the adjust feature does not really tighten them up much

Our ceiling drop down attic door was not staying shut. These clips did the job. Easy to install

Nice heavy door catchs
I put these on the 2 doors below my kitchen sink to keep my 1.5yr old granddaughter out of the cleaning supplies. At first I would tighten them when she would visit and loosen them after she left which worked great. I now have them just a little tighter then the old latches because she no longer tries to open the doors. They are a little tricky to align and I used my own screws but the fact that they were adjustable was just what I needed.
