I am a curler and I use a stopwatch to time rocks. For my purposes, this stopwatch is absolutely perfect and honestly it's the only one I've found that meets my needs.The center button is for resetting the time and BOTH right and left buttons are the same. They are both stop/start buttons. It's a very simple stopwatch with no other features. One of the best things about the watch is that the parts of a second are very large. The numbers on the watch are already large, but the tenth and hundredths are also very large. MUCH larger than most stopwatches.The buttons are easy to press and aren't too easy or too hard.I'm not sure what happened to the other reviewer but all of mine have come in working order. I've had to replace three so far. In each case, the stopwatch stopped working after the first year. After the first year, the company would have charged me $8 to fix it. I thought the price was reasonable but I purchased new ones instead of sending them back. The battery on one, after a years worth of curling three times a week for six months, went dead. One had a button cover pop off and another had a button stop working as well. Normally I would mind but a) the cost of these are minimal and b) the company has a "no proof of purchase required" lifetime warranty.I also use these for officiating and again, they have been perfect for me. The company sells much more complex stopwatches but the simplicity and price of this one meets my needs. I know these aren't the type to last a lifetime, so I always carry a few extras since they do go bad after a while.

This stopwatch display is extra large and perfect for our eyesight. Simple to use buttons for lefty or right-handed persons.

I bought this stopwatch for a Physics experiment, was a complete waste of my money. Thing arrived in proper packaging but didn't work at all, not even for a second. It didn't even turn on! This stopwatch was a total waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend purchasing it.

Good Stopwatch.

I bought this stopwatch because of its durability to use as a watch for work thinking it would tell time like most other stop watches. How ever it only had timer capabilities and does not tell time. Very disappointed.

Battery dead on arrival and says no return.
