Paint by number
I am excited to begin this painting. The canvas is magnificent with very clear lines and numbers that I can even see without reading glasses. I have ordered three more paintings from this combat veteran!! Very affordable prices and even a discount when ordering more than one.

I got this to do while I was recovering from hernia surgery...
I bought this to give me something to do while I recovered from hernia surgery. I don't remember the last time I did anything associated with paint by number or any painting kit (novice). This is not something to do in a rush as there are some sections that are very small (.5 mm x 5 mm). The kit came with 4 brushes and I have not had any issues with flopping a lot of paint over the lines because of the brush (but I'm not perfect). Sometimes, the paint does get thick but just as mentioned in the instructions, I just add a drop or two of water and mix with a toothpick. Problem solved. There is a lot of painting to this kit. My guess is close to 40 - 50 hours of painting but I started in the areas that have large areas of the same color. I'm pretty sure it will be closer to 70 -80 hours but again, I'm a novice at this.I'm glad I got it. It has kept me busy during the recovery. I don't paint when I have pain from the surgery though as I've usually taken medication and a little drowsy. At this time, I will more than likely get another kit from the same vendor (Ledgebay). The kit is not very expensive and seems complete. My only fear is that I will need additional paint (extra full paint set for $10).I plan on updating after I finish.

Hundreds of Hours of Therapy
I loved the final results. It looks very much like our house. But - not for the faint of heart, this pbn has a lot of small straight lines. Keep your paint thin.

Customer Service is fantastic! Great painting set!
This was a super fun project and came with everything so I could jump right in. Sadly, my dog passed away shortly after I started so I packed it up and forgot about it. Then just a little while ago, I pulled it out and wanted to get back to it only to discover my paints had dried up. So I went to go order a replacement set on their website, but my painting had been discontinued. I called and left a message, they called me back the next day and said that yes, that my original painting was discontinued but they'd send me a new one free of charge! That is very thoughtful and certainly not the norm these days. While it's tough letting go of the previous painting, it's really wonderful of them to send me a new painting free of charge. It seems like everyone else nickles and dimes their customers these days so this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you ledgebay for being so great! Highly recommended.

paints were dried out no replacement available
Very unhappy because all of the paints are dried out, I’ve added water to them and alcohol because some of them are so dried out. They are completely hard in hopes that they will be out in order to paint because when I contacted customer support through Leba, they told me that there are no extra paint sets for the Stillwater painting.

Beautiful beach scene
Absolutely love the final product - not for the novice though. So excited to gift it to my mother for her birthday.

Overall very happy with this craft, and THRILLED with Ledgebay's customer service
This is my first ever PBN, and so there was a learning curve to it for me. Now that I know that I love this craft, I've invested time learning how to elevate each experience. If any of y'all would like to learn more about this, check out "Melanie B's Creative" channel on YouTube :)Some of the paints were a bit sheer, but most of the colors that were sheer were colors that are commonly sheer no matter what. This was easily fixed by a second coat for nearly all colors, and after deep diving into PBN information, I now know how to combat it from the start. Again, there's more tips and tricks about this on Melanie's channel! My only complaint is that two pots of colors that made up a large majority of the picture were only partially filled. I didn't realize that frequent PBN painters "start off" by thinning there paint down a bit (with eitehr water, or in my case for all future paintings,a paint flow aid). I was about 4/5 through with the painting when I realized that I might not hve enough paint to complete my picture. I emailed Ledgebay late one nate, and they responded to me by noon the next day! They immediately asked for my address, and they promptly sent me another paint set! I was so happy with their customer service that I will ABSOLUTELY be purchasing from them again. For those that are concerned with having too little paint, please don't be! Many of the paints were quite thick, and I should've thinned them out prior to use. If I had done so, I would've had PLENTY of paint (please note that if you choose to thin your paint out with water or flow aid, only administer a drop at a time, stir it around until well combined, and then test it on your canvas. You don't want to thin it out too much)! Most of my pots of paint still 1/2 to 3/4 of the paint remaining. And if you run into a problem, Ledgebay has 5-star customer service!!
