Quite well made for the Littmann, that I recently bought after my previous one retired after serving me for 22 years. Given the sensitivity of the steth membrane and the tubing, having a sturdy and well padded case that snugly fits during daily travel is a must, given that most folks treat their handbags like Ms. Hermione Granger!
