I had a mix of beef and pork ribs to smoke for a family get together. This rack is just long enough to fit inside my Primo XL ceramic cooker loaded with ribs. Easy to clean. good value.

This works good with two slabs of ribs spaced every other space. The slabs will "flop" over as the spacing grids are not tall enough to prevent that from happening. I have tried several rib racks and have encountered the same problem and much worse with racks tipping over. This rack balances well in the smoker IF you distribute the weight of slabs evenly. Two slabs in this rack works very good. Four slabs would be a big NOPE for my preference. This rack, like many rib racks, IS NOT EASY TO CLEAN. Each grid must be scrubbed with a Scotch Brite pad prior to placing into the dishwasher. The rack appears to be built well with exception to the height to prevent rib slab "flop over."

This rib rack works perfectly with my 22" Weber kettle.It's designed to fit 3 whole racks but you can actually fit 4 racks if you cut one in half because the handle area will support a half rack. I was able to comfortably fit three full length racks of St. Louis style rib in this rack. Since this rack is longer than most of the others you don't have to worry about the ribs folding down on top of each other on the sides. This keeps the ribs standing up and not touching. It fits perfectly on a 22.5" Weber kettle and cleans up easily. I put my rack in the dishwasher after wiping all the excess crusted sauce off by hand. When it came out of the dishwasher washer it was spotless. Like brand new. I would recommend this rib rack to anyone, especially for the price!

This rack by Soligt is the first one I've seen (in 40+ years of smoking ribs) that will hold a rack of ribs straight, i.e. without the ends flopping over. I'm talking about a full rack of pork back ribs, usually called baby back ribs, that is approximately two feet long. The kind of ribs that come in a three-pack from Costco. Quality construction out of stainless steel, this rack holds the three racks of ribs perfectly straight, allowing them to smoke to perfection. It's sturdy, easy to clean and the best you will find. Get one.

Ribs cook a lot quick in the rack and I don't have to consider flipping them during cooking time.
