Great for big households and entertainment!
It’s honestly been one of the best purchases for our kitchen. Even though it’s labeled “commercial,” it fits fine on our counter and looks sleek with the stainless steel design.It’s super easy to use—just pour the water in the top, add your grounds, and it brews pretty fast. The two glass carafes are a huge plus. We use one for regular and one for decaf, or just keep a backup pot ready during brunch or family gatherings. The warmers do a great job keeping everything hot without making it taste burnt.Cleanup is straightforward, and the machine feels solid and well-built. If you’ve got a coffee-loving household or like to host, this is definitely worth the investment. It’s more efficient and dependable than most standard home coffee makers I’ve owned.

Great for the office
I needed a new coffee maker for the office. This was a great choice. I love the stainless steel design which is also easy to wipe.down clean. A good polish is not really needed. The coffee comes out perfectly and keeps the second pot hot on top. Easy to understand buttons and same setup as most commercial coffee makers on where to put the water and coffee. Nice thick glass containers and there are filters ready for you use. Fits well for places with not a lot of counter space

Quick and hot coffee
Makes a pot of coffee pretty quickly. Just as fast as a Bunn, but you get a larger amount of coffee 12 cups compared to 8 or 10. It's quiet and we use it at home, but we use it a lot. There is always a fresh pot of coffee on. It would be great for commercial use as well.

What a mess/won't hold water after 7 months of use
This coffee machine, while a little slow to make coffee (15 minutes for a full pot) has worked well. That is until this morning, when I added water, it came pouring out the side and bottom of the machine. It will no longer hold any water. What a mess. I bought this machine in September 2024 and make on average one pot a day.
