Ignatia 1M Homeopathic Remedy, Urenus

I take one full bottle one hour or so before bedtime and I’m out! It says to let them dissolve under your tongue but there are like 200 perils so I chew (crunch - meds are suspecting sucrose) and they’re all gone in no time. I wake up refreshed and not tired. Warning: only take when you really can’t sleep. Each bottle costs about $10-$11, so buying several can be costly to have. I recommend trying Benedryl or Zzequel first. I’m not a dr. Just sharing my own experiences.

I was introduced to this when a department assistant in a superb health food store overheard my conversation regarding the recent death of my spouse.
