I enjoy all of the Buddha Teas, great taste and calm impact on day to day life experiences.

I'm not spiritual, but these have a very unique flavor. It's pretty good for anyone who just likes tea. This seems to be very organic according to the packaging. I drink it right before I fall asleep, so there shouldn't be any problems with using this before you go to bed.

Great Flavor and smell but makes me too tired to use exercise my heart chakra and forgive people. If I take it before work, I'm drowsy by 2 pm. Other than that, it's a good tea but would be best used at bedtime.

This tea is my new favorite. I have never experienced anything like it. It was such a subtle but nice smooth flavor. I'm a big fan of quality ingredients so I lovecthis brand for that fact. This flavor isn't usually sold in stores so amazone is where it's at for this great value. I drink a cup in the evening and hour or so after dinner to promote relaxation and quality sleep. I even feel comfortable drinking a cup in the morning to relax before my morning coffee, I feel it subsidies the caffeine effect helping to balance ne out before a good workout.
