The Best NOC and Service Desk Operations BOOK EVER! For Managed Services

I thought this book was very informative and very interesting. Full of information on how a Network Operations Center works. It kept my attention all the way through it. I would love to start a new career as a network operations center technician and work my way up and that is why I got this book. It is an overall view of how it works. this book doesn't break down every function of each employee does yet gives plenty of explaination on what to expect. If you want more information go to a college or university website and find the degree plan and the cirriculum for for networking be sure you know what you are looking for because there are several different types of networking degrees.

This is a great book from a business perspective but I was looking for a reference on the technical side such as what equipment is needed, how to insert the equipment into the network, what software is needed and what it does, etc.
