I’m highly impressed by this pillow. If you don’t read instructions or pamphlets that come with products, it might be a little confusing to see how flat these pillows are when you take them out of the plastic. The instructions specifically state to fluff off the pillows, and it was hard to believe that these would fluff up so much. I was really impressed to see they went from flat to really fat. I had to test one out, with also my new memory foam mattress. I was astonished by how easily my stiff neck was able to relax, that I almost fell asleep – and when I tell you, I am not a napper, I mean, I don’t nap for anything, not when I had a newborn, not when I have the flu, not when I’m running on three hours of sleep from the night prior. But I don’t think that I can live without this pillow now. It is so unbelievably comfortable that I can’t wait to have a full nights sleep on it. I only got it yesterday, so I have yet to sleep on it as the instructions say that it will take a full 48 hours. I’m letting it rest until tonight, and will report back if there are any changes. It’s very supportive, cradling my head and my neck as a heavy side sleeper. I don’t sleep on my stomach and I don’t sleep on my back much. I have a lot of shoulder discomfort, but I can tell this is going to help as a side sleeper. Give me the support that my neck and shoulder needs. I’m in the era of prioritizing my sleep health and this is a game changer. The fabric itself seems very durable and it’s pretty impressive to feel the soft side versus the cooling side, and I love that I can get a two for one pillow in one amazing pillow. If you’re questioning the quality of your sleep and don’t have one of these pillows – I highly suggest that you purchase one of these or is that even to improve your quality of life. I really don’t think you’ll regret it.

Oh buddy these are great. I got a MyPillow because my old poly stuffed one was getting flat. I liked the shredded foam but I always noticed that halfway through the night my head would burrow through the pillow and I would end up sleeping on like an inch of foam instead of the full pillow. It was never very fluffy and I needed to add more foam but couldn’t. My in-laws had these pillows at their house and they are way cheaper than the Coop ones so I gave it a shot. They are great! It comes super stuffed, like you need to like massive rock hard firm pillows to use it as it comes. But the best part is, you can easily remove foam! Now I sleep great. My head still burrows through (not sure why that happens) but I am way more comfortable than before. The soft/cooling sides are also legit. One side is definitely very cool. Not sure how soft the other side is because I use a pillow case.

We have been using these for a while now; they are hands down the best pillows we have ever had. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that they say they are "cooling," but that is misleading. They are cool for a few seconds, and only where you head is not located. These pillows are comfortable; we both sleep on our sides and have not had issues with leaving them full, not taking anything out of them. They support my still neck and I have had better sleep since purchasing them. They are a bit snug in the pillow cases we have; in the end, we stopped using pillow cases to be able to enjoy the momentary cooling. These are the best value for the money, hands down. I wish I had found these sooner. When the other pillows we bought finally need to be replaced, I will be making the investment in these again, only in King-Size.

These pillows are truly the best! I have them on every bed in my home because nothing else compares. The quality is outstanding, firm enough to support my neck and shoulders, yet soft enough to stay comfortable all night. Before switching to these pillows, I would wake up with neck and shoulder pain. Now, I can’t sleep without them. If you struggle with discomfort while sleeping, I highly recommend giving these a try. After a night with these pillows, your pain melts away and you wake up feeling refreshed. An absolute must‑have for anyone who values comfort and proper support.

Wonderful pillows! We had struggled finding the right pillows for years. These are definitely the winners. Will take a little adjusting to get perfect for you, but so easy to do. I love the two sides one cooling, one soft. Cooling side is lovely during the hotter months and soft side during the winter. We've had these for a while now and have not had to add any stuffing, they have not lost shape or went flat. I will recommend putting extra stuffing in gallon size sealable bags for easier adjustments. I also really like you can remove the outter cover to wash.

I purchased the crescent shaped cervical pillow. The shape is perfect and feels great, incan ad or remove the shredded memory foam to adjust the firmness and the pillow is comfortable. But the smell is not going away. I washed the cover, the pillow has been airing out four days, I tried running it through the dryer on air dry multiple times and even tried a dryer sheet and sprayed fabreeze. But the smell is not going away. I know they claim it's just the smell of bamboo fiber. It smells almost like burnt hair to me. I really did want to like this and the shape is great. *Update, the smell has disapated some over the past couple weeks. But it's still in the guest room because I have trouble laying on it due to the smell. It has improved but has not gone away yet. Maybe my nose os too sensitive. But other than the odor it's a great pillow, thw shape is supportive and cradles the head well.

I've been using these pillows for nearly a month and they are wonderful. The best feature is the zipper access to remove the filling. This allows you to customize the pillow based on sleeping position and/or personal comfort preference. I recommend saving any filling you pull out for future use. Pillows are easy to refresh with a couple shakes and a scrunch in the mornings. So far these have been a terrific value for the price paid. They are packed really tight for shipping. You do need to let them decompress for at least 24 hours. As others have mentioned, there is a smell, but it seems to be from the packing process. Once the pillows are decompressed, the odor is gone. These pillows have far exceeded my expectations.

This pillow is an essential. The perfect pillow. The outer pillow case has a cooling side and a regular side. The cooling side works incredibly well, its really pleasant. The inner pillow case can be zipped open which would allow you to adjust the amount of filling inside it. However, you wont need to. Just follow the directions and you wont be using any other pillow. Typically the only downside to shredded memory foam pillows is the chemical smell. I’m happy to report that these do not smell whatsoever. I purchased 4 pillows and they are all the same quality. A+
