I rceived it in a timely fashion. Everything was inside. It's a great product I recommend.

In the past I had very low iron because I would be hot in a cold room, now thanks to the capital G in GOD it has been well for me. I don't need this iron supplement anymore and things are still normal ever since I had stop using it. I believe you need to fill a bar (threshold) with certain minerals in the body in normal ranges without having to continue the use of that mineral. And certain minerals can make up a thresh hold for another mineral without continuing the using that element. I found that out by many reliable resources online and many old books written on this topic. Copper can make collagen and help maintain other mineral like iron in the body.

I cannot rate it than to say it is tasteless and does not cause constipation.

Unfortunately, I must agree with the first review. The plastic bottle cap was broken and most of the liquid spilled inside the box. Whoever is doing the packaging needs to be properly trained. This is the second time I received a broken bottle cap. Just for the record, Mother Earth Minerals are the best! Try to find another distributor. Don't want the product to get a poor rating, just the packaging.
